// I think my 30 minutes stretch/yoga routine that I do every morning is one of the only things keeping me sane.
I wake up and immediately feel unenthusiastic maybe even disinterested in the day because I have to get up, I have to go to my mundane ass job for 5-7 hours, there’s usually 1-3 things I am stressed about and overthinking so I just do not wake up very excited for life unfortunately.
However!!! After I do my 30 minutes of stretches/ yoga that I usually don’t feel like getting up to do but I do anyways.. I feel a little bit better! Like I don’t feel excited for the day now but I don’t feel completely disinterested
