I FOUND OUT WHY FALLOUT 3 DOESNT HAVE ACHIEVEMENTS ON STEAM AND I AM VIBRATING

Wait I need to know why now

From my limited research (aka i could be wrong) Games for Windows Live tracked the achievements and historically Fallout 3 on pc for a while couldn't function without it so when the service shut down in 2013 you had to not only use work around to play it, but the achievements weren't ever tracked on Steam. Bethesda just never added the achievements back.

This is also the reason why for achievement runs for Fallout 3, people use the console versions of the game since they still have the achievements. It's really sad that fallout 3 achievements won't be on Steam or GOG most likely. :(

To play fallout 3 or just fallout new vegas again. That is the question

Idk if anyone does it, but I think a fun thing/activity people should do with their Fallout OCs is to come up with affinity interests for them or make up locational dialogue for them. Kinda like if you were writing them as an actual companion in-game to flesh them out a bit more. I dunno, that's what I wanna try at least.
