in conclusion he made it clear that he believes in trans rights and believes that everyone should be treated as people. He said "political" was the wrong choice of words, and he meant that there is unfortunately a negative response to many LGBTQ communities and felt that it would bring down the vibes of the stream (presumably because of trolls in chat). Many people are trying to say that he didn't want to say it because he's afraid he would lose followers, but I don't believe this. Skizz has stated on multiple occasions that he tries to hold less value to things such as subscribers or followers, he said this was something he had to learn being the smallest in both the live series and now on Hermitcraft .

Give him time, remember berating and harassing him because of this is not going to do anything, he has friends such as Cleo, Gem and Scott, all of which are in their lgbtq community, People he can turn to for help and to learn from. We all need to understand that cancer culture is a bad thing, let's stop jumping to conclusions, it's literally his birthday today. Give him a day, give him a week, let him breathe, and if he doesn't say anymore about it and if he said his peace, choose your side whatever it may be but be okay that other people may disagree.

I think generally as a community we agree that boycotting him would only do bad, greeting him with negativity will only make him feel correct in his decision to stay clear of the topic. The lgbtq+ community can't have allies if people are too scared of making mistakes. For the time being I probably won't join his streams, that's my own decision. In time that decision will most likely change.
