Suki is the most criminally underrated Avatar character both in-universe and out like I get that she joined Team Avatar last-minute and didn’t have as much development as the rest but she still led a group of badass warriors who, despite not even being benders, were able to take down the Gaang and defend their village from Zuko, taught Sokka to drink Respect Women Juice while also helping him become a better warrior, was cool enough to be promoted to recurring character despite originally being planned to just be a one-off character, left her home to help war refugees, saved Toph from drowning, risked her life to protect Appa from Azula and her posse despite Azula’s bending giving her the advantage, survived being in the most dangerous prison in the fire nation for months and is one of the few people to ever escape said prison, plus she kicked the warden’s ass and took him hostage on her way out, became an official member of Team Avatar, and saved Sokka and Toph’s asses by steering an entire warship off course by herself, all when she was like 15, and what does she get for it? NOTHING. 90% of Team Avatar fanart doesn’t include her at all and even the writers apparently forgot about her as she’s the only member of the Gaang to never be seen or referenced in Legend of Korra outside of the painting of them in the first episode. In this house we fucking drink Respect Suki Juice or PERISH.
