           She could complain that these big ole crocodile tears were a waste of face… smudges of black under the eyes, filling tear drops with speckles of her mascara. Not to mention her nose, which sniffled awfully, despite the wet mess her face became, she didn’t once raise her hand. They stayed calm, neat, in her lap, a still constant to the emotional waves above.                                                   give it a rest…            Like a child, threatened to be put in time-out after his countdown was up, the small sobs  ceased completely. A big, heavy breath gusted her lungs until her eyes finally raised to meet him. She looked mockingly apologetic, her fingers giving a few leisure swipes over her cheeks.    ‘Damn… my make-up smeared.’

     “Wouldn’t be the worst of your problems.“
