If consciousness is like a blank screen, some people are watching a pretty crazy movie 😢

The Witness is the one that can see everything happening but can’t do anything about it. Knowing this, one relaxes

You were always the Witness, you just didn’t know it. You can’t actually do anything about any of it i.e, you are just the Witness 🙃

Not needing her to come back is what keeps her coming back

Knowing that you will learn from getting it wrong removes the pressure of trying to get everything right

Sometimes, love is quiet, grounded faith in the other person’s process

Whatever unfolds is happening for my growth, not against me

I’ll be present in love, but I will no longer abandon myself for it

Emotional security doesn’t come from restricting your partner—it comes from regulating yourself and trusting the connection

It’s easy to fall into the trap of wanting a romantic partner to love you more but that comes from a place of lack. When you truly love yourself then your romantic partner can’t help but love you more. So, remember to love yourself (in a good way) first and foremost 😊

A person’s coldness towards you can be the result of them caring too little or too much. When you’re in a romantic relationship, you’d do well to remember that it’s probably latter and to use the others coldness as a prompt to show them compassion and love ❤️

When it comes to understanding other people’s behaviour, mostly I don’t know and I’m not going to waste my mental energy trying to figure it out
