From the cookbook by @rahmfama Meat and Potatoes... This is short ribs with Lemon and thyme, rosemary potatoes and I went asparagus rather than artichoke hearts. Paired awesome with our .@leafandvine Petite Sirah.

The next cult wine paired great with @fivedotranch 35 day dry aged ribeyes. Does not pair nearly as well with doing dishes. @ehagyard killing it with this Cab.
