I finished the stitching up on this piece last night. I love so many of Shepherd's Bush Christmas patterns. They do folk art primitive well. This is currently a free pattern on their website. day 7 of 'The Addams Family' by The Little Stitcher @laura_violet_r I have Morticia and the house finished! Once I finished the house I decided I was going to do each individual piece to completion before moving on. So far it's going well. The patch of four x's between Morticia and the house will turn into a spider, but because it's Linen I didn't trust my counting so needed a small marker to start Morticia. Day 1 cont. The start to my #Halloween piece for 2017. Ended up showing my hubby what I was stitching as I forgot how slow it is to stitch on linen and if I wanted to get it finished in time I needed to be able to stitch when he was home from work. I think I'm combining it into his anniverary gift as well because it's our fourth which is linen. It takes away a few weeks of stitching as we were married at the beginning of Oct but that's fine, until my medical issue's get fixed I have a lot of free time. . .
