Over and Over and Over and Over and Over and Over

Some art I did a while back of Evi, my Aasimar character, this was my first real experiment with the simplified style; I was planning to add all of the line-art and shading but found, after toggling it off for a moment, that I quite liked the simple style. I started using it as my profile picture for quite a few of my accounts and realized I should probably post it at some point.

Eventually I decided I wanted to start using some of my drawings as my phone wallpapers; after changing the aspect ratio and adding some extra bits, here is what I have. This is not the first wallpaper version; the tarot card has been added recently and the card label was altered to fit the new card; old version under cut if you are interested, I don't think the old card fits the character as well, but the composition is a bit better balanced imo. [ I cannot take credit for the design of the Death card; If you like it please go check out the Flux Arcana Tarot Deck by the incredible artist @micahulrichdraws ]

tumblr glitched and decided to display this post with a slight tremor and i thought i was hallucinating but i managed to record it

Drawings I have done for a Vampire : The Masquerade game I am in (run by and including my great friends @geekygremlingoofs [GM] and @nyctophilicnovelist [other player]) based on the VSMP and set as an alternate time period starter swap AU (Shelby + Pyro); The Coterie includes Apo (who I am playing and is still human) as an "honorary member". This one is of the entire coterie; it is supposed to by styled after a Polaroid photo which is one of the only cameras that I have seen with the unique ability to create photos that are simultaneously under and over-exposed (Alt / Old Version Below Cut)

With Apo, Cherri as also featuring as an NPC, and therefore is in just as much danger as the rest of the townspeople; I don't know if Cherri has an "official" design for VSMP so this is just my take on them.

Of course we had to give Apo a gun, as a treat; both the stake and revolver grip plates are made of cherry wood. The revolver is based off of the .357 Magnum Dan Wesson 715 revolver.

I believe that Apo and Cherri would be up for polyamory, but literally all of Oakhurst just fumbled Apple so hard by not treating her like a genuine person. Many traumatised oakhurstians could have a) scored not one but two bad bitches and b) gone home to a warm place full of laughter and love. But nooooo, she had to be perfect or she was a monster. Never mind that not a single other person is held to the same standard by the other characters and the fans.

v!apo isn’t really the type to be a media presence in a modern au however. however

if she WERE, she’s absolutely the type to wander around the woods teaching you about rocks and plants, all while ending up in the most magical looking places that are somehow impossible to locate

they find concerning things a little too often. They have Detective Drift on speed dial at this point.

people like her for her autistic swag and the occasional hints of how actually fucking wild her life is

like. someone comments on one of her videos “wait. weren’t you like a missing person’s case as a kid” and she responds with 👍

this proceeds to blow up for several weeks. people add it to their conspiracy boards right next to the singular mention of them busting a cult that one time. theories are made. Apo only ever says things that encourage the chaos because she has -3 charisma. and also admittedly the frantic red string is kinda funny, even though she really doesn’t like the attention.

Cherri has taken it upon herself to be editor, camerawoman, and built-in annoyance. Everyone thinks they’re together but they don’t actually confirm it for like 8 years, despite the extremely obvious flirting. the rpf-ers are eating good.

Also it’s deeply important for this AU that you know Apo’s day job is still architecture, and she is very good at it. Nobody connects the wildly successful architect married to the equally if not more successful designer/costumer/woman of many hats Cherri, to the intrepid river-exploring rock nerd and her personal menace of an editor.

Apo also has no pr training. People keep trying to cancel her for stupid reasons. Like three extremely dedicated fans absolutely tear these attempts to shreds every time. At least one hater seems to just have an unspecified personal grudge. It gets added to the conspiracy boards.

Someone keeps theorizing that Apo’s a fugitive on the run from…something. Several people have pointed out that having an internet presence as a fugitive would be a fucking stupid idea. Somehow the theory lives on.

(also. in case you were wondering: no the missing person’s case thing isn’t related to any canon lore. It’s related to a headcanon of mine, actually. However in the spirit of this horrible bullshit AU I’m not telling you what that headcanon is :3. unless you ask nicely. maybe)
