So id been wondering this for a while..
So we all know Sua and Mizi are lesbian, Ivan is gay, Till is bi (I think) and Hyuna is implied bi, but what about Luka? We know he only loves Hyuna, but let’s say in Hyunwoo’s accident where he died, it was instead Hyuna who died and Hyunwoo who lived.
I would assume Luka would grow up with the same obsessed love for Hyunwoo that he did for Hyuna, but would that make him bi then?
I wanna know people’s thoughts on this because it’s been driving me nuts for days😭
Hyunwoo and Hyuna are not the same person even if they’re basically gender bends of each other in appearance. If Luka accidentally killed Hyuna instead, going by canon, he’d probably be a much different person to today and have a very complicated friendship with Hyunwoo since he likes Hyuna more (she reached out first out of many kids who dislike him including Hyunwoo, he wants to protect her) and Hyunwoo would resent him for metaphorically (initially) and literally taking her away from him. It could develop into another gay couple like Ivantill, but it’s hard to definitively say since Hyunwoo has scraps of content.
Although, Hyuna dying early instead of Hyunwoo would make good Lukawoo AUS, it’s just not really canon-canon Luka even likes Hyunwoo that much as a friend.
He realizes the weight of his actions onto Hyunwoo and mourns him deeply, even if Hyunwoo started it, but it took him 10+ years to properly process that 💀 they probably weren’t close.
It’s fine to see Luka as straight, but if you want canon material to run off of a bi/pan Luka his nose started bleeding at the sight of cat maid Till.
Everyone else has sort of set sexualities due to canon material, but Luka’s the only one where he’s definitely into girls but that’s about it. Many people do see him potential in him and Hyunwoo in other AUS though, like the college AU (that’s the one I remember the most lukawoo art in besides canon-compliant arts)
