My amazing boss just promoted me. The thing about her is that she is a heavy heavy drinker. She always has a glass of whiskey in her hand in business meetings. When she invited me into her office she poured one for me. But instead of whiskey I tasted tea. Turned out that she had a special decanter. Depending on how you pour you can get either tea or whiskey. She has been using it to trick insecure men who can't handle a woman out drinking them for decades. Thats how she always got the best deals

See, this was horrifying. Real, terrifying, inescapable horror, and apparently Dean is the only one who noticed because even the show doesn’t take this any further. When Mary was resurrected this should have been the breaking point between her and the boys. It would have been delicious and actually made a bunch of sense.

#imagine if Dean had been devastated to be left behind again but also…#Tragically horrifically inescapably aware of HOW FUCKED UP the situation is for her and unable to blame her#even as he wants to blame her because she’s supposed to be his Mom!#while Sam remains somewhat oblivious to the IMPLICATIONS and thinks all the regular thoughts he was thinking in the show#he would be sympathetic if someone sat him down and explained but his perception of normal is actually way more skewed than Dean’s#Dean always fully gets how fucked up the violation is while Sam is like “this just happens to us” 👍🏼#despite Sam’s supposed disillusionment with heaven he still actually has a little bit of that ‘for the greater good’ mentality#which is very interesting and fun to play with but also means that he severely under reacts to what is clearly majorly fucked up#so you’d have Mary quite reasonably fleeing into the night to escape her adult children and maybe start hunting angels for sport#meanwhile Dean is like ‘please don’t leave’ while also being like ‘actually if that happened to me I’d start screaming and never stop so…’#but also please don’t kill my life partner I promise he’s domesticated#and Sam is like ‘hey wow you’re so beautiful I’ve heard so much about you Dad put you on a pedestal like you wouldn’t believe can we hug?’#as Mary disappears into the distance ‘what’s her problem?
