Hello! this is my OSNT au masterpost where i shall organize my chaos! to anyone who is just finding this, ill give u a little overveiw of the universe ive created:

Leonardo is supposed to be dead. the rest of his family is dead. His brothers, his father, his sister... He failed over and over and they were the ones who paid for it. so he did the right thing, sending Casey back to that dreaded day to stop the Kraang invasion with leo staying behind to be sure his kid got through. and to maybe finally find some sort of peace away from the broken world he created.

But Leonardo is not dead. He wakes up in the hidden city of all places, untouched by the kraang and full of life he never thought he'd have the privilege to see again. and on top of that, he happens to stumble across four small turtle mutants. And maybe hes just finally lost it, but hes preeetty sure he somehow transported himself to an alternate reality of his world where some things are the same while others a vastly different. This is what happens when you listen to enough of Donnie's theoretical monologues, you start to think up some crazy conclusions.

guys meet Camille! oldest sibling of the hamatos and raised by Barum Draxum. they are the final prodect of Draxum's mutant trials, after studying the osnt kiddos from a distance for a few years, he perfected the mutagen and mutated the best choice of turtle to 15 years of age. old enough to care for themself, but still impressionable. unfortunatly for barry, Camille had plenty of their own personality from the moment they were mutated and immedietly starts giving him a hard time. but its okay because Barry secretly loves his little bundle of deadly mutant joy hehe

I partially ask for my previously mentioned writing escapades—

And also over the fact that I think of that meme that’s like:

And it just kinda sits with me (I’m a sucker for future Leo LMAO).

But mostly so if I ever do write romantic stuff with them (canonical pairings your do or reader insert style) I wanna make sure I get it right when writing your au specifically! :)

i am a big person on not putting people into designated boxes for their sexuality, so its not going to be a huge thing i dwell on in osnt. Leo is the only turtle i will blatantly point at and say "gay" because it is just way too obvious in the show lmao.

but believe it or not, i am not a big romance reader or writer, so the most romance that is going to happen later in the story is cute moments between Yuichi and Leo and a dumb (later reciprocated) crush casey has on April lol (yes both canon relationships are gay what r u gonna do abt it?)

oo good question!

i mean, there will be a transition and some adjusting for everyone, but raph is not at all upset by it. afterall, he is still the big brother, he just doesnt need to do the hard stuff anymore, and big leo is very persistant when it comes to responsibilities that kids raph's age definetly shouldnt have.

i have a mini arc planned for the "transition" period per say. when the boys see sensei as less of a parental authority figure and continue their lives as raph their primary caretaker, leaving notes for sensei informing him that they are are "sneaking out" and "dont tell raph" lmao.

I actually like to think raph enjoys being "parented". the little dude is thrilled the first time be gets grounded for leaving to get groceries without telling anyone. it kinda takes the whole point out of being grounded, but whatever its cute. after a while he realizes he has the power to say "go ask sensei" and weilds it without mercy.

And that was at least a month ago too GODDAMNIT—
