sometimes the realization of time passing gets overwhelming; usually in the meditation of a long-held yoga pose, when the nostalgia steadily hits and outside the sun is setting and i want to capture it all (the view, the sound of slow breathing, the longing for familiar touch)

It's been raining pretty much non-stop recently but it's nice to do work with the window open

trying a new method of note taking. i make a list of every quote, word or expression that i find interesting (black pen). after i finish each chapter i go back to the list and i add my personal thoughts (red pen)

21.09.2023 // currently at a conference in Prague to present some of my research, but still need to do some studying while I'm here so that I don't fall too far behind.
