Okay so I've had a lot of people telling me that you can't eat on the juice plus complete program, you aren't giving you body what it needs to survive ✋🚫 WRONG. I eat 5 times a day, 2 of them being the complete shakes (which I mix with many things including, fruit, veg, peanut butter etc) then I eat 2 snacks and 1 clean meal! So all this crap about 'your starving your body' I can assure you in not!
