Pairing: Daeron x OFC, Maekar x OFC (it will take a while and it will not go the way you think it will), slight Ser Roland x OFC (that man is so fine), slight Valarr x OFC. The main character is named, so this is not a second person fic, it is a third-person fic.

Rating: Explicit

Warnings: So many of them. Main ones: Targcest, lack of menstruation and men have a lot to say about it, childbirth (Jena, and also pretty much the prologue so right off the bat), major character death (yeah, we all know, sorry, not a fix it), minor character death, animal cruelty, Aerion is his own warning, smut, suicide, suicidal ideation, magic undertones, alcoholism, unhealthy coping mechanism (it's sex, the unhealthy coping mechanism is sex), Bloodraven is the villain in this (you'll see what I mean), dirty talk, kind of dubious con, kind of underage (OFC is 16 when they start getting hot and heavy so I added the underage because yes, ASOIAF universe, it is still underage), foreshadowing (a tremendous overuse of it) to the point that there's basically spoiler warnings within the story. also this is not a happy story, there will be no happy ending.

I was and still am hella nervous writing this because I mostly stick to my tried and true pairings, but alas, Daeron wouldn't leave me alone and then Maekar wouldn't leave me and then Ser Roland just stood there all noble and wouldn't leave me alone and then Valarr kind of popped out of nowhere and I was like, lol, let's make this as angsty as I can. I am still writing as I go so lol good luck to me and you.

Alright, so I’m looking for a fic and I swear it came to me randomly a couple of days ago. I read it or the beginning of it a few years ago:

Jon/Sansa (I know, a far cry from my usual)

Because that was me today. Katie Bell/Marcus Flint. Detained by Ceejay / Jenszabo, de ping on which LiveJournal you were on. It’s my favourite story ever and though it wasn’t finished, it still remains the one I remember most.

Some stories are really worth remembering. Also this fic launched was probably the first enemies to frenemies to lovers trope I remember reading and understanding. I think everything I like and ship stems from this one fucking story.
