The foam roller. One of my favorite pieces of equipment in the gym or in your home. It’s not expensive, doesn’t take up a lot of space and it is very versatile for loosening up tight muscles or performing exercises with it! If you have any questions as to what to do with this thing, let me know and I’ll be happy to help.
What are some of your favorite pieces in the gym or at home to use?
So much truth to this. Whether it’s exercise, diet, financial well-being, etc., life is about hard work. Anything we want out of this life we have to earn it.
Absolutely! 👍🏼👍🏼
One of my favorite breakfast meals. Scrambled eggs (salt and pepper), avocado and pico de gallo to add some great flavor. What are some of your favorite healthy breakfasts?

Everything is connected. The body should work in an alternating series of what areas need to be stable vs what areas need to be mobile and flexible. Let’s take this image as an example; starting at the foot, the foot should be stable, then the ankle should be mobile, following that the knee should be stable, hip mobile, etc. as you work up the chain. If one area of the body that needs to be stable is too mobile or vice versus, injuries and pain can occur.
In my opinion, yes and no. Yes, for the fact that the soreness you feel today from exercise can turn into the strength you feel tomorrow with proper rest and nutrition. No, because pain is your body’s way of telling you that something isn’t right or in homeostasis and let’s say you’re feeling pain in your joints, then that can be problematic. For me, It depends on what kind of pain and where it is.
