I hope it's alright, I don't really know what I'm doing here Firstly I notice that you have a LOT of cancer influence, with the rising sign (a big one), second and third houses AND I those two planets in the 4th house, which is cancers house. I think you'll have a very cancerian year. Cancer and the 4th house represent home, relationship with your mother and also in a way the mother in you, as in the side of you that takes care of people. I think you might have a very emotional and introspective year. You might spend a lot of time thinking about your childhood, or where you come from in general. You might be drawn closer to your family or their importance can be accentuated. Could be that you really want to start your own family (which is understandable but friend, you're too young.
