Genuinely stuff like this is why I'm anti genai. Yes it using up water is bad yes data centers being built in areas that basically end up ruining the lives of the people who lived there first is evil Yes it taking jobs and stealing is also evil, but at the end of the day its sole purpose is to steal people's ability to think critically and take their humanity away from them by spoonfeeding them the answers to everything and gratifying every emotional whim. And it's not even a secret that this is what ai is for and our current world is already so obsessed with isolation and destroying people's personalities and individualities and abusing the marginalized that this is just a super dangerous fucking tool that does nothing but teach people that they don't have to actually interact with others to form opinions and that yasss they can trust what Big Brother has to say and dont worry about ever ever ever questioning what anything around you is actually. And don't even worry about having to do any work for the things you want and having to spend personal reflection time to develop skills isn't necessary either its totally ok to rely on a robot!
My father was always an emotionally unintelligent, avoidant, neglectful person. And he is one because of his unfortunate childhood teaching him to act like this as a protection method. And now he's even more avoidant, aggressive (which he never was before BTW), domineering, and manipulative. And I fully believe it's because of the genai pipeline he fell down confirming everything he ever asked it or thought or felt instead of him actually getting help or thinking about any of the things that exist within his lived reality. And I'm not crazy for thinking it's ai's fault right. It wants this to happen to our vulnerable and traumatized people to justify violence further
