Having watched both Utopia and Motherland, I can now summarize Goodsir’s character arc as him starting off as Kevin, only to become Lee by episode 10.

on the one hand, there's something pretty sinister about Quentin surrounding himself with people physically bigger and stronger than him to do his bidding -- it's a classic "puny but charismatic firebrand with army of jackbooted thugs" kind of thing + with the examples he throws out (emo band, Neo-Nazi cell, fraternity) the mutant tattoo artist seems to recognize that their dynamic as a group is not egalitarian, that Quentin is giving the orders and setting the tone + the implication of Quentin-as-gangleader introducing them all to Kick and mediating their access to it is also not so good-- but all my instincts from The Terror fandom are like "the other Omega Gang members should be allowed to dethrone and cannibalize Quentin, as a treat"
