Easy Version: Roll a D4 (4 sided dice.) Whatever the number is, is how many glasses/bottles of water you have to drink. Roll it again, and whatever number you land on is how many hours you are forbidden from using the toilet.

Difficult Version: Roll a D4. That is the number of drinks you must have. Then roll a D6 (6 sided standard dice) and that is the number of hours you are forbidden from using the toilet.

Hard Version: Roll a D6. That is the number of drinks you must have. Then Roll a D12. That will be how long you have to hold for.

give me a student who's so deep in their studying that they can't be bothered to get up. leaking little spurts into whatever they're wearing so they can last a little longer. eventually giving in and grabbing the nearest container, emptying their bladder into it. or hell, just going straight on the floor/chair they're sitting on, and worrying about cleaning it up later.

give me someone so cozy in bed that they can't fathom getting up and walking to the bathroom. have them grab a towel or piece of clothing nearby so they can press it to their crotch and go enough to take the edge off. or have them use one of the blankets on their bed, peeing on it while still half-dazed and tossing it to the floor before falling back asleep.

give me someone cleaning the house who just lets go whenever they feel the urge. they're cleaning the floors anyways, so who cares?

give me someone wearing diapers or absorbent underwear on a road trip so they can release a little and prevent themselves from needing to stop for a bathroom until they arrive.

wish i had someone to feed me drink after drink full of diuretics before bed, make sure im nice and sleepy and comfy so ill sleep deep and well, and then refuse to let me out of bed until i have an accident. do it over and over multiple nights until im wetting the bed in my sleep or waking up as i wet myself.

wish i had someone who would take me out on a late night date, somewhere outside so theres no risk of leaving a mess for someone else. make sure im already a little squirmy before we leave the house, and then refuse to let us go home until ive soaked my pants in public atleast twice.

wish i had someone to physically block the bathroom when i run to it desperate after getting hyperfocused on something too long. hold me back until im crying and begging and having an accident all over the floor, mere feet from the toilet

1: Peed recently; probably couldn't even manage a trickle

2: Could probably pee a little if I tried, but I don't need to

3: Could pee a fair amount if I tried, but I don't need to yet. I might pee at this point before going out.

4: First twinges of a full bladder. Might pee if I had nothing else to do.

5: I need to pee. I'd normally stop what I'm doing to go to the bathroom.

6: I really need to pee. I can easily keep still, but I'd start to worry about how long I'll have to wait.

7: It's getting urgent. If I'm alone, I might absentmindedly fidget and squirm.

8: I'm getting desperate. I'm constantly squirming.

9: I'm bursting. I might have one or two tiny leaks.

10: I'm at my limit. I'm leaking regularly. I'm moments away from having a full-on accident.
