i just know ilya looooves pretty woman. any time he asks shane if he wants to hang out and shane is like "in a minute, i have to finish this," he waits until shane is finally done and he goes "i do not want to go for a walk any more, you missed opportunity. BIG mistake. HUGE" and shane has to pretend to give him a diamond necklace like richard gere before they can go. it doesn't matter how many time shane tells him those plot points aren't connected, ilya gets his jewels and they go for a walk and a week later ilya's doing it again. ilya voice Shane lyubimyy do you want to help me make dinner. oh you are busy?? ... right. so you don't want to help me because i am dressed like whore. okay. see where that gets you. it's okay because shane secretly loves when ilya acts like he is a rich businessman paying for ilya's lifestyle so it serves both of them. and of course at some point they fucked on a piano which was awesome.
