For us, we don't consult our children children on what type of private school they will attend. We don't consult them on what diet they will eat daily. We don't consult them on the type of Clothing they will wear to be presentable and represent our house hold.

Sometimes if you make a good decision on someone, take a step back. If they have the abilities you have trust and faith in, then allow that person some room. Allow them to show you how they can do it. Have faith and breath life into them. They are human but overall maybe they can do it if they have you behind them boosting they're prowess and confidence.
