Some helpful tips
-No matter how hard your fighting you can't give up
- Try to write, go for a walk, read, play some video games, talk to someone, reach out for help, listen to music, go for a drive, draw it doesn't have to be perfect, call a hotline/etc
- There is so many ways to get help or try to do positive things to help yourself
- This might not be the greatest idea but if you smoke then smoke or vape but not drugs
-Each time you wake up from the time you go to bed remember it's another day to tell yourself you live another day and another day you kept fighting
- It’s going to be tough to keep telling yourself to keep on fighting, to live another day, to tell yourself you made it though the tough times.
- Try to keep telling yourself each day is a day your getting one step closer on fighting whatever it might be. It’s going to be hard and it makes you not want to keep fighting what your going through. But we have to keep telling are self's that we are strong it’s okay to have these doubts but we are going to make it through these hard times.
-If you self harm don’t hate yourself, don’t let others bring you down, don’t let them argue with you, or whatever someone says it’s going to be okay. it’s hard to fight something like this, especially if your really struggling, or you have some type of mood disorder, bullying, depression, lgbtq, something that happen or whatever it might be.
-We try to tell are self’s that were not going to do it anymore and sometimes yes we out grow it and other times we slip up or we never stop. But it’s okay because sometimes we can’t control how were going to act or if we went to self harming or whatever it might be. Sometimes we don’t think we just do because were so use to what we do that is negative things that help so we just do we don’t think.
- Just know your not alone I know that is so hard to believe at times but it’s true because were not alone. There is always someone that is just like you struggling with the same things or something related or whatever it might be that do understand. Yes we might not know exactly how you feel but in some ways we do feel the same even if it’s not the same feeling.
- Try to always remember keep on fighting, keep on living, keep telling yourself your going to be okay. Your gonna keep fighting to another day and when you do you will start to live your life till the story ends
