told my mom im taking losing weight seriously now that im sober bc drinking and binge eating has made me gain about 50 lbs (trying to go from 190 to 140ish, a normal weight for my height) today I said im gonna make tuna salad for dinner and she said well be careful about how much mayonnaise you use... like girl I was anorexic in my teens and early 20s I know calories better than you ever will... shes been complaining about her weight for over 10 years and has tried many diets and only stuck to them for less than a week. shes about 150 lbs over what she should weigh. she constantly asks me how "fat" she looks even though she knows my ed history. shut the actual fuck up. just another dig at me to make herself feel better.
