I'm mysterious, my creators tell me. And amazing. And new. The cells within me divide and divide every day and my creators gaze at me every time with no less than awe. There's really nothing impressive about something so mechanical. Still, they care for me in my little enclosure. I'm measured, studied, photographed every day. It's stifling sometimes, how they treat me like less than a creature. Though, I suppose it's accurate. I'm a little bundle of cells, after all.
Before my consciousness, I was stem cells, non-differentiated cells, placed on a little glass disk and though some kind of scientific magic I'd grown into something resembling an itty bitty embryo. I have no heart--not yet; nor do I have a brain. But I amβ¦something. And through my 14 days of existence I had cultivated the hope that someday I might have the honor of calling myself a creature. Maybe I could partake in this maths that birthed me. And do other things to cultivate other tiny embryos like me. That sounds wonderful.
The cells in me divide once again; from the parts I am now into halves that make me twice as microscopically huge. My creators are murmuring all around me--I do not understand their language. Not yet. Then one gently takes me and my glass disk. She coos nice words, calling me incredible and thanking me for existing. Every cell in my form preens at the praise. I feel a liquid seep into my small home. It fills the crevices of air where I have not expanded to yet. Once it touches me, my cells in that region stop wiggling and die. Oh.
Through my fast-fading consciousness I try to tell my creators that something is wrong. That I am not dividing. Though I have no mouth, I will myself to speak. To murmur anything in their language. Nothing comes out, of course. I am only a cluster of cells. More of me dies in a thousandth of a second. Surely my creators see the problem; them and their instruments to measure and document me. Yet they do nothing. They watch as I die. I have no nerve cells, no pain to overwhelm my thoughts. My consciousness is clear when I ponder my possible mistakes. What did I do wrong? Was I amazing because I was never supposed to exi

New Educational Earthquake App!!
There's a new predictive earthquake app circling right now called Terra Watch! Three years ago, this concept was supposed to be only educational, but it's evolved to become highly predictive. All of the information on this app was taken from preexisting texts and well-respected websites like USGS.
I was able to test out this app in its early development, and it managed to predict several major Philippine and Japanese earthquakes within last year with consistent accuracy.
So far, Terra Watch is only available on Android, but it has plans to expand to Apple store and other app stores in the future. The developers are also planning to add a news feature as well!

Why is love called electric? Give me love like trees, slow, steady, and self-sufficient but in need of rain and sun; or love like oceans, that seeps into cracks and weathers away stone with patience, whose vastness rocks boats like babies and can produce the meanest of storms.
