Gahhhh you guys really are the best! If you actually know her you would know that …we are poor, we live in the bad part of town, every penny her mama makes go to dance, (single teacher mama), Her costume was from shein… on clearance, her solo was self choreographed because money, she is with her grandma because her mama has to teach summer school because bills, so everything she single thing she has earned was her blood sweat and tears! Her solo was letting go of her struggles with anxiety and perfectionism. Watching her let go made me sob! So no matter what …she is perfect in my eyes! And I want all the little girls who don’t live in the big house, and can’t afford the fancy cars, to know that you can do it with hard work ! believe in yourself, grind, then shine! Last time was really the best time! And I love you all for supporting my girl!!

Morgan ligon- who's currently at apg, but was with ecc at the time when she won the hope in 2023. Fun fact she had only been training less then 3 years at the time. Shes also the 1st and only female. African American Hope winner.
