Did I hear that right were the bottom 2 mini groups the two non contemporary groups 😭
Lowkey I feel like you should only be able to take the average age in a group of above like 7 people. And then it should be a typical rounding.
But like no studio should be able to put out a mini group when like 1/5 are minis, or a junior group when 5/7 are teens. Studios have enough in each age group to put together a small group that is all within the age category. Challenge your weaker dancers, and encourage your best dancers to lead!
I don’t think most studios do it on purpose genuinely, but honestly the numbers game just shouldn’t be able to be played by anyone!!!!
I agree. If every studio is able to “trick” the system it’s a flawed system.
