Prince of Stride Audio Drama Series: AUTUMN Fes.

After the End of Summer Tournament from the visual novel and anime comes a new drama CD series “School Festival Arc”. The largest high school Stride tournament, End of Summer, has just come to an end, and autumn has arrived. A certain event has left the Japan Stride Association in a weakened position. The future of high school Stride uncertain, Nana and the others take it upon themselves to hold a Stride event just in time for the school festival season.

Sit down, children, because this is one whooping story.

It all started when Erik the Red and his crew first discovered Iceland in the late 9th century, and they decided to name it before going inland and exploring. You know what was outside the land? Ice. Literal, giant, floating chunks of ice. So, because Vikings are oh so EXTREMELY creative with their names (there is not a word in existence to show how sarcastic that is), they decide to call it Iceland. Then they actually went inland to do the whole “I DECLARE THIS ICELAND IN THE NAME OF THE NORWEGIAN KING blablablabla”, and were met with flourishing greens and beautiful scenery and warm temperatures and all because of the 37 volcanoes on one of the smaller countries of the world. And they all went “well…f*ck.” But of course it was too late to change because it had been declared in the name of the King.

Brief break to say that Faroe Islands mean Sheep Islands, and they were called that because the islands literally had an abundance of wild sheep. Again proving how unique and creative Vikings were at naming things.

So then, they went on with their forced journey, and came across Greenland. Having learned their lesson with Iceland, they decided to go inland first, before naming it. Now HERE was a land worthy of the name Iceland, covers with glaciers and ice fields and snow far as the eye could see. But, again, Iceland was already taken and unchangeable. Now, here’s where the heroes pull a complete 180 and decide to go opposite what they’ve been doing all along and get creative (not). They went, if Iceland wasn’t worthy of the name Iceland because it was green, and this land was, why don’t we switch them? How about Greenland? And, hey, this is where the brainpower comes in, that’ll also make the others want to travel across the entire ocean, because they’ll all think it’s warm here, and who doesn’t want to live in a warm climate!
