“L-Look uh, Beckaroo. I didn't mean to be so. Um. Well, fashionably late.” She laughed, though Beck's silence made her wince. This was alleviated when Beck rolled her eyes. The giantess did not have the patience for her carefree jokes at this time. Thus;
“Ow! Asshole!” Asa winced as the magic disappeared around her tail. Beck had a smug look on her face. “You're lucky teleportation is an option in my book, because if it wasn't and you came another hour late well...You know what I did the last time hun~” The gardevoir hybrid gave a teasing coo as she spoke, though it was clear she was still a bit angry at her friend.
Asa grumbled.“Yeah-yeah. You had a temper tantrum and-”
Beck’s glare made Asa realize that was not the best choice for a response and quickly backpedalled. “Damn. It's a joke. Geeze.” The scrafty hissed as she got up, dusting the grass off her pants and hair.
Mariposa, who was standing at a distance behind Beck, clenching her folder as she looked at her watch and stepped forward to the two hybrids.
“G-Guys I don’t want to seem rude with all this but-” The assistant held out a watch as Beck’s eyes fixated on it.
“It's that late already?!” The giantess hissed out as she pulled her associates towards her using magic.
“Ow! Can someone at least fill me in on what we're baggin’ tonight or am i just gonna be flung in another goddamn hole with something to sniff out?!” The scrafty recomposed herself after being pulled in abruptly.
“We're going to the desert. Our competition is setting up camp there. I want to find out what the hell is out there,” The curator paused briefly before giving a confident smile. “And if they have leads on any new treasure I can add to my collection~”
Asa rolled her eyes at Beck's greed. Must just be a ghost thing, or maybe how she was raised around this kind of rush. Regardless, there was no room to argue or anything. The three women disappeared into one of Beck’s teleportation spells, leaving no trace they were in the cave but some faint trails of magic.
