i've had to endure 5 seasons (approx. 82h btw) of whatever the FUCK they have going on and he was about to kiss her and she gets stuck by a stupid bee who is genetically engineered to carry a virus and then the bee gives her the virus and then she gets kidnapped and put on a secret alien spaceship and mulder saves her and then they cuddle eachother for warmth are you fucking kidding me

omg and i forgot about diana shes been very briefly introduced but who the fuck does she think she is i hope she gets abducted by aliens if she tries to steal mulder from my close personal friend dana scully

also side note mulder looks ridiculously good in this movie

I’ve been doing this every night since I was a kid but it’s always whump scenarios and instead of me as the main character, it’s the fictional man I love being violated, bleeding out and on the verge of death before his archenemy comes and rescues him. and the recovery road is just as ugly.

to be clear, I believe younger artists and minors can write good fics (not to say “fanfic must always be good” either because it is a hobby and I still believe that as long as it’s done with love and the artist’s joy, it is good) and I believe it’s good when younger artists and minors start making art at young ages.

that said, a lot of fanfics out there that you read and love are done by adults with kids, jobs and responsibilities. adults who have years, decades of practice under their belts. adults who don’t let life and responsibilities take away their joy in creating.
