Heh i think its about time i get this out of the way and release the guys lore.
I must warn you the writing is a bit bad so yeah..

Ok so after awhile of remaking of Spawns lore it is finally here! (It might sound a little bad in some parts but hey)
Synopsis:
[ ACT I - the power - ]
Universe 7032 of undertale.
Sans has been recently getting weird dreams and nightmares about a so called "destruction and genocide" of he's world, sans initially didn't think much of it due to nihilism of course, the timeline this takes place is well the pacifist route.
And sans has been getting dreams about the genocide route that the player is about to do.
Fast forward a bit the player has now decided to do a true reset after the true pacifist route and ehh.. Proceeds to do the genocide route.. Wow..
So.. Sans stands in the last corridor eating he's icecream (which is a nod to a scrapped interaction when speedrunner would see him eating it due to reaching the corridor too quickly lel) as sans eventually got bored, he went to the last corridors windows overlooking new home, sans has been standing there eating he's ice cream for a solid 2 minutes now.
* " huh what's taking them so long?
* "guess there taking there sweet time getting here heh.
Sans then goes to the chest across the corridor checking what's inside and looks back at the entrance of the last corridor and to the chest.
After the chest is empty sans realized he already finished he's ice cream, then a flash of blinding yellow flashes him.
He sees the SavePoint, realizing what it is and realizes the player must be near now, so as sans approaches it carefully it then moves at un human speed towards sans right eye and attaches itself to it.
Sans tries to get the star off of he's eye but to no avail, using he's soul magic, telekinesis, everything yet.. It doesn't work.
Everything goes blank for sans for a split second.. A white flash blinds him, he then finds himself in a strange black emptyness of the void, he is floating in this vast emptyness of the void he then sees a " GAME OVER " screen and it then changes to a picture of undertale made by Toby fox and proceeds to flash multiple pictures/photos of undertale aus.
Sans wonders what the hell is happening, then the game over screen says to sans that he is in a game, a RPG game for the player, countless of many people has played undertale to the pacifist route, neutral route, and.. The genocide route, and then sans mind gets flooded by multiple knowledge and understanding of the aus, his mere body of a monster can barely handle all of this knowledge, yet.. He manages to pull through.
Sans then opens hes eye again finding himself at the end of the last corridor staring at the player.
From the players perspective sans was no where to be seen when entering the last corridor encluding there save point, they figure it'd be an easy walk through the corridor since the absence of sans, but they appear in time at the end of the corridor with an SaveStar in there eye?.
The battle between the player and sans ensues, sans being the usual laid back skeleton he is, is taking things a bit more seriously now tho he is still lazy, sans then manages to find out that this SaveStar is capable of doing things beyond than just resetting and reloading, as it forms a shuriken from the essence and material from the star, and ehh(informal writing here) throws it at the human and blah blah blah yada yada they fight and allat(I'm too lazy to write how they fight).
The player is very much hurt from the punches and osteokinesis that sans did to them, and they've ran out of items to heal, and sans then uses the star to create chains to hold the player, sans is successful at holding the player in there place with the chains
* " well that's quite the battle.
* "i think its about time to banish you from this game and the realm of undertale..
Sans then Spawns an erasure button, upon pressing this button results in the words " do you wish to erase this archive file? ", this; thus, being the players way to play the game and interact with it, without it the player is unable to access the contents of the game except just doing nothing in the menu screen.
Sans then presses it...
" File has been successfully erased "
In a blink of an eye frisk the body and host for the player is now gone.. Chara however was nowhere to be seen, were they also erased in the process?, what ever it may be the timelines is.. Now rid of the anomaly plaguing it.
As sans has no other things to do, he then figures to go to those said aus that was said by him, before Leaving hes universe sans finds a spare blue cap that he used to wear besides hes visor hat, and finds some bandages to cover hes right eye as it was the eye that the star attached itselfs to.
The Star then gave sans a button, the erase button.. But not the erasure botton to delete the world like how Chara did it, but an erasure of everyone's mind of sans and everything of him as a whole,for the sake of not letting hes universe be destroyed or harm sans then erases everyone's memory of him, hes brother, flowey, ❄︎♒︎♏︎ 💣︎⍓︎⬧︎⧫︎♏︎❒︎♓︎□︎◆︎⬧︎ 💣︎♋︎■︎ , and Asgore and toriel. .
due to the erasure of everyone's memory of sans the events that usually will play out in undertale has changed, no sentry stations and someone else had took the job, papyrus is just alone, toriel has no one to talk to behind the ruins door.
Sans then left hes universe the reason is that so that he doesn't get detected by other beings and that of outcodes and glitches (error, and etc)
And thus sans goes to this one particular au...
Continuation of act one
And i had to make another one, if your wondering why not act 2? Cuz act 2 is a whole different thing and act 1.25 is a sorta interquel
And also the writing here is starting to get quite bad and worser the more you read soo.. Yeah
[ ACT 1.25 - the mutual connection - ]
Man writing all of this is sure tiring heh (it's going to sound bad at this part btw)
After leaving hes timeline sans just wonders around the aus shown to him in the "GAME OVER" screen, while wondering around the countless timelines and universes the star in hes eye started to infect hes body, his soul started to get fused with the SaveStar causing immense pain for him.
And his skull started to crack slowly as it can't handle the 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐰𝐧𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫, sans T-shirt then rips itself in a line that resembles a slash that the player used to do on sans countless of time this time.. As a reminder.
Sans stumbles upon an au called Outertale a universe shown to him in the game over screen, outertale is similiar to that of undertale with the main difference that everything is in space on a moon base and everyone's outfit is starry and space inspired.
Sans is walking through the starton forest, he was quite fascinated by this place, all so beautiful then(starton was originally for the ps! Outertale snowdin area but i decided to take it) he then bumbs into someone
*oh sorry there didn't see you-
That being Outer sans, the man himself of this universe, Outer and his brother papyrus was suprised to see another sans ever since the last visit from another universes sans, the Space bros then introduce selfes one by one.
*"𝗇𝖺𝗆𝖾𝗌 𝗈𝗎𝗍𝖾𝗋.!
*"𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘯𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘗𝘢𝘱𝘺𝘳𝘶𝘴! , 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘢 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘳
After introducing there selfves, outer then explains that the reason why he's a bit casual about this appearance of another sans was because ink, the protector of aus explained to him about the multiverse and the so so many other versions of sans.
Ok for some reason the 1.25 part has bad writing because i don't know what to say.
Outer then decides to give sans a name to not confuse them two too much, and gave sans the name Star sans short and simple and makes sense considering the star in his eye, and the three of them star, outer, and papyrus became friends, but sadly papyrus has some things he needs to do so he tells outer to make star feel at home and introduce him to there universe.
Eventually after introducing star to hes universe and papyrus being free again, outer then gives star sans a scarf made by him with the help of papyrus of course, the scarf was a sign of friendship, it was a blue scarf with multiple other white stars to represent the night and one yellow star as a nod to the star on hes eye.
While walking in new home looking a above seeing all the stars and galaxy, they then stumble upon killer sans killing one of the monster?..(now i took this part from the underverse part where outer was killed)
And Nigtmare sans notices both outer and star sans, but he did wonder.. Why does this sans have an star in he's right eye.. But that didn't matter.
Now now the timeline continuation is quite confusing but really, nightmare and killer gets sent to the outertale timeline, doing the same thing that nightmare was tryna accomplished back in underverse 0.4, error and ink? At the X-tale universe.
Upon nightmare noticing both of them,outer tries to sacrifice himself like in 0.4 and 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞 star sans, at the part where outer is killed by killer.. star sans stops him in mid air with he's soul magic, he was not letting outer die and with that a battle between killer and star sans ensues sparking a long time rivalry between the two for a very prolonged period.
Star sans manages to create a Sabre out of the material of the SaveStar and he's justice and channels a lot of he's KR into it, and strikes killer in he's soul almost killing him but before he could re-load he's -savefile,
Star sans deleted he's savefile and you may think Star sans will initially kill him but.. No he decides to give killer a second chance like how papyrus told him that everyone deserves a second chance despite hes death...
I'm too tired to write a battle scene so yeah.
Star sans manages to stop killer from killing outer and save him, nightmare was intrigued by this.. Skeleton fella that had a star in hes eye so he told killer to retreat but before leaving nightmare gives both outer and star sans a look before leaving through a glitch portal.
[ ACT II - Discovery - ]
After the events of what happened in Outertale, star Sans realized his outfit is starting to get quite worned and damaged so they then go to underfell for help, why underfell exactly and not any other nicer aus? Well they have quite.. The nice outfit choices so yeah.
They soon arrive in Underfell with what exactly? Well Star sans used hes savefile to load himself in a SavePoint in underfell, in snowdin to be precise, so outer and Star sans decided to walk to the fell bros house to get some of there help.
They then see both of them and approached them; outer then explained that hes buddy here, star sans the guy with the star in hes eye, needed Some new clothes which the fell bros was quite surprised they went to them for some clothes, fell papyrus did remember that he had a Trenchcoat in there house which they went, papyrus then gave Star sans hes slightly worned and dusty Trenchcoat.
Which was given to him by Undyne as a gift, upon wearing the coat Star sans felt it was a little too big but hey a coat is a coat, the fell bros not doing anything right now tells both star and outer to just explore around the place.. But they didn't warned them about the quite rude locals.
While walking through snowdin forest of underfell with outer, outer then stops in his track star sans then looks behind him and ask why he stopped walking.
*it was a great talking to you and everything.
*but i need to go back to my world, mind helping with that?
After saying that, star sans spawns hes Savefiles and re-loads Outer back to his timeline, Star sans then uses hes shortcut and appears in fell sans room, he then sees a tie and asks himself why would fell have a tie.. But he didnt question more so he just picks it up and wears it.
Star sans then goes to papyrus to train cuz hes a bit surprised of his own abilities, so they both went to undyne to train.
While training with the others; dodging spears, bones, dogs? His hands started to radiate with a presence of "𝐤𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐚" something that only judges have, and the others were surprised at it too due to no one in this timeline has Karma(fell sans does not have Karma in my interpretation),and proceeds to punch undyne (for some reason) which..hurt a lot for her.
Long story short, after training and talking with the locals and going to grillbys and orders ketchup, sans is ready to depart from this universe as he needs to access this "anomaly"

FINALLY I FINISHED IT! well heres the finish product, have fun reading hes lore!
Also about the gloves, you can draw him wearing mittens which is why it's a question mark, drawing him with gloves is the correct way, drawing him with skeleton hands is ok i dont really care just needed to make y'all realize that he wears are gloves
