Okay okay okay. Early on in hollanov's puppy play journey they're progressively working their way down the D/S to explicit puppy play pipeline. Shane has always enjoyed following orders, but recently they've introduced "pet", "dog" and "good puppy" etc. into the mix.
Today they're dipping their toes into training commands. They're currently working on "stay," which means Ilya is giving Shane a treacherously slow handjob without any restraints, pausing any time Shane squirms.
After a few slip-ups, Shane has finally gotten the hang of it, and is rapidly approaching the edge, looking forward to finally getting to come. And then right as he's about to get there, Ilya commands, "Speak," and Shane A) is caught off guard because it's not a command they've done before and B) is too embarrassed to actually do it. He whines Ilya's name, but he knows that's not what Ilya wants, and more importantly, Ilya knows that Shane knows that. So Ilya stops, letting go of Shane's cock completely. And Shane is Distraught. He was So Close. He's been So Good. And Ilya, faux-sympathetically, teases, "Aw, my poor puppy is shy yes? Does not want to bark for me? Poor quiet little thing." And he's petting at Shane, caressing him as he comes back down until Ilya can start up again.
Shane's surprised at the apparent grace he's been shown for failing to obey the command, but as Ilya begins his leisurely stroking again, he promptly gets too overwhelmed to really think much about it, back to focusing on "stay" as Ilya continues to torture him. After some time and one or two brief corrections due to squirming, Shane makes it back up to the edge, muscles tensing, breath picking up. He briefly fears Ilya might repeat his earlier command, still not sure he'd be able to obey. Ilya doesn't. Instead, fucking tragically, he lets go of Shane completely anyway, edging him a second time. Shane whines and whimpers as Ilya waits for him to calm down again and praises him for doing such a good job staying. "What a pretty puppy, such an obedient dog. So still. So good for me." But he's still not allowed to come.
And then Ilya starts up again, and the cycle repeats a few more times, Shane doing his absolute best to stay still unaided, thinking each time maybe this will be it. It isn't.
Eventually, once there are tears running down Shane's face, his cheeks a ruddy mess, an endless stream of pathetic, needy noises coming out of him, Ilya gets him up to the edge yet again, and somewhere in his subconscious Shane thinks that if he isn't allowed to come he may actually die.
This time, when Ilya pauses, he doesn't let go of Shane. There's a brief moment of tense silence before Ilya, steadily and seriously, commands "Speak." And what else can Shane do? With hardly any hesitation, he gives the best little yip he can manage. It's strained, it's a little hoarse, but it's undeniably a bark.
Ilya's face lights up. He tightens his grip on Shane, picking up the pace faster than he's gone this entire time. "Good fucking boy, Shane. Such a good fucking puppy for me. Beautiful. So brave. My perfect fucking dog," and with the intense, overwhelming mixture of anticipation, overstimulation, embarrassment, and heavy praise all crashing down on him, Shane comes possibly the hardest that he ever has in his life.
