Anyways I was double checking the DA wiki page for Rook to see what's said about the Mourn Watch background. Says they were raised by necromancers but not much more specific than that.

This is canon for my Rook now. Vorgoth is her adoptive parent. Because that's the most fun option.

...what I'm reading (books): I'm currently dripping through Mistborn: The Final Empire. I started it in March and ehhh... have not really continued 😂 overall I've just been in a huge reading slump. I currently have my eyes on Hyperion but I'm reluctant to buy it (and I can't find a free audiobook nor is it available at my local library) because I'm worried I won't read it. (I've got maybe 20 books on my tbr list rn).
...what I'm reading (fic): I'm not currently reading any fic 😭again I'm just overall in a huge reading slump. I likewise have plenty of fics on my tbr that I just haven't gotten to yet 🫠.
...what I'm listening to: My lofi playlist bc a girl is TOIRED and this music helps me relax.
...what I'm watching: Nothing at the moment, though I've been looking to get into a few shows that @rooks-dagger recommended me, like The 100 🙂↕️. Though okay I watched the new season of the live action ATLA last week 😬
...what I'm eating: Had some pizza and a spindrift earlier! Currently thinking about a Chilis triple dipper.....
...what I'm working on: I've got a big crochet project in the works! There was a sale at Michaels, so I was able to get the rest of what I needed 😈. I haven't been writing lately, but I want to get back into my Lydiember fic, a Warden fic for Lydia, and maybe try my hand at developing Susanna's voice?
...what I'm doing to touch grass: Working out when I can, going out for drives and into the city to see friends. Trying to take some time off screen and just spend time with myself, since I feel like I've been avoiding me for a while haha.
...what's making me laugh: My friends! We've been havin' some real silly times, recently 🙂↕️💖
...what's giving me hope: Every day is a new day! This is something I've really been trying to remind myself lately. The day ends, you get to go to sleep, and you get to try again tomorrow. And just because one might be bad, it doesn't automatically mean the next day will be. You can always try again tomorrow 💖💖.
