Tinkerette the Puppeteer Engineer. Main Character.

Active ability: Problem Solver This toon slams their hammer down, stunning any nearby Twisted for 5 seconds. If used on a machine, this ability instead grants a large amount of progress. Has a cooldown of 80.

Passive ability: Each successful skill check increases this toon's extraction speed while working on a machine. This effect resets upon hitting the grey area, failing a skill check, or leaving the machine. Extraction speed cannot exceed 5 stars.

I made them a main character for the stats but I also like the fact they just don't care that they're a main character to the point they're just seen as a normal toon.

Their hammer is called Patchwork.

I made the hammer. It's a big cubic hammer, one side red and the other blue to resemble a magnet. There's a magnet on the bottom of the pole Tinkerette holds that can turn on to magnetize (Not in-game probably.) There's patches of metal plates on it, hence why it's called "Patchwork". It could also shrink so it would actually work in-game with animation. (It could turn into a little toolbox Tinkerette carries around!)

When using active ability on twisteds: "Bonk!" "Oops!" "Hold still!" When using active ability on a machine: "Bonk." "This is light work for Patchwork!" "That should do it." When missing active ability: "Heh, just wanted to try that." "Worth a shot." "Crumbs! just missed it."

When descending to the next floor: "That was easy." "I wonder what machines will be next…"

When finishing a machine: "Ta-da! All fixed." "And… done!" "Didn't even need the hammer."

I was thinking of dialogue with other toons. Like Shrimpo! Shrimpo: SHRIMPO HATES FIXING THINGS! Tinkerette: Hm, I could turn you into a robot. I do need another assistant besides my hammer. Shrimpo: I HATE YOUR HAMMER! Tinkerette: … Tinkerette: …Be careful of your words, little shrimp.

Tinkerette loves to experiment. Even if they might seem quite calm, they're always excited to invent something or fiddle with some cogs.

Their twisted form collects dead toons to experiment on later.

Tinkerette says some subtly scary stuff sometimes. They talk a lot about experimenting on actual toons without grabbing too much attention. They might have a screw loose. (Heh no pun intended.)

They're introverted as hell. They only consider Patchwork as a friend which might be unhealthy of them. Even Astro tells them that they might need more variety in their dreams. Astro tried to give Tinkerette a different dream once and got subtly threatened the next day. He only gives them dreams about the experiments they can't perform in reality. Astro might have nightmares because of Tinkerette. (The threat was that they think Astro is very beautiful and would be a nice design for their inventions, like a skin suit.)
