Drawing pokeymen from mermry

I will draw every pokemon from memory (and usually badly), then I'll colour the drawings in using picture reference. So the colours will always be correct (as physically possible)

All posts will be tagged with the pokemon's # and name (so bulbasaur would have the tags #0001 and #bulbasaur)

If I absolutely cannot remember a pokemon I will either draw them as a blob or label them "FORGOR"

All pokemon are picked with a random pokemon generator, I turn the sprites off and keep a list of every pokemon I've already drawn before. Then I draw the generated mon and try my best to remember their evolution line aswell! I add every pokemon I label forgor to a list so I'll get round to drawing them again.

Got it pretty accurate, quite proud of this one! This post goes out to my Scorbunny called Dreamer that I lost literally yesterday in my sword nuzlocke, may you rest in peace my son.

Ohhhh man, not a good one, all I could remember is that it had a big head and was like a little alien thing. I think maybe I was thinking of it's pre-evo? Sorry to all the Beheeyem fans out there, I basically drew it naked...

Not perfect, but hey man, that's a venonat!! I love this puffball, I just wanna squish it, and then hold it up and let it be carried away by the breeze because it's just a little speck of dust.

Both of these were pretty close, I really thought there was some bolt pattern they had, I think I was just thinking of yamper's little bolt tail? I remember seeing boltund for the first time and being like 'oh, just a dog, okay' but he's actually pretty cute! The buppy. It's pretty impressive how much the right colours saves these drawings lmao.

I forgorrrr slurpuff, I knew it had an evolution but honestly slurpuff just evades my memory completely, even after reading it's name I forgot it immediately afterwards!! Slurpuff is a very simple pokemon, I knew that it had some weird tail thing and I was right but I opted for classic thought bubble cloud tail instead. Honestly love this pokemon, the :P

I can't believe I forgot mothim, I love moths! I guess it makes sense from burmy -> mothim but it makes me wonder what wormadam is based on. I got burmy pretty spot on, but forgot wormadam's leaves and flowers.

Rest assured, I'm keeping track of all the pokemon I completely forget, and I'll try to draw them again another time.

Chickeeennnnnnnn I kinda had it on the head but lost it when I got to the body, to be fair the body is just,,,,, there. zapdos is kind of a weird shape turns out

I nailed ekans thank god, pretty hard to mess up a snake! only thing with arbok is his tail that he doesn't have those rings and the rattle, fale face is close enough

Okay I knew there were gender differences in Nidoran but could not think of anything beyond "one purple one blue". I completely forgot about Nidorino and Nidorina I'll be honest, same situation with Nidoran. And the only difference I remembered for Nidoqueen is that they gave her like boobs for some reason (??)
