Dude I get you but there is a god tier mpreg RATCHET over there like he has nearly everything and checks every box at being a possibly great parent too. He has a great job at being a doctor he had financial stability, he has life experience of taking care of people, he gone through a fucking war and survived, he is married in some iterations and is actively taking care of young-adult or adult children in nearly all. He can fight, he can protect, he can nurture, he got the money and he got the hips he is only missing a fucking kid like knock the man already!

Ratchet is a doctor. But shortly after graduation, he gets backstabed by his boyfriend, which ends up as him gettin blamed, and his medical license is getting suspended.
At that time, he adopted a wolfdog he found in the streets of the slums. Names him drift. Drift was an extremely sick dog it was his care that saved him, and Drift helped him with his tough situation too. So when he goes back to school. He to become a vet. He finishes his classes early, too (he is super talented).
When he was getting ready to open his clinic. He learns from Orion that the old veteran he used to hang around died. Apparently, he left a dog behind him. But his grandchildren didn't want the dog, so he was about to be put to sleep. Feeling bad, he adopts the dog. Fluffy and playful anxiety dog Rodimus. Drift and Rodimus become fast friends. They love Ratchet, and Ratchet loves them. But times don't go as good as he hoped when his suspension ends his ex Pharma returns. Asking him to get together again to work together. Truth was pharma, and their relationship was always toxic. As he spends time himself and his dogs, he realizes that. But loneliness was heavy on his shoulders to . To be held by somebody worth the bruises? Just when he was not sure, Rodimus and drift came to the door and barked, shoving pharma with their teeth. Scaring him away. Ratchet gets angry at them for barking. They were never like this. That night ratchet drinks himself to oblivion. Wishing that someone would hold him, kiss him, cherish him. In the morning, he doesn't have his dogs in the bed but two very handsome and very naked guys in it. So he does any reasonable person would do and screams. After a chaotic meeting, he realizes that this both guys have dog ears and dog tails.

What it may be a classic bl stuff but it works in this pair and you can switch characters to like human soldier roddy who got suspended adopting wolf dog drift and death veterans dog ratchet or addict drift meeting with abonded medical dog ratchet and start living with him, changing his habits thanks to ratchet's support even getting a job. Where he adopts another dog, he finds Rodimus. Aparantly, his ex owners abonded him for being hyperactive and causing some accidents. He gets a house and a new job, but his past still looks and haunts him. Exc you guys can make the flavors. I am just creating the base
