I have noticed a couple of people trying to use the word mansplaining to get trans men or trans masculine people to shut up about whatever topic it is they're discussing

In Europe: I see you supported Trump as late as 2026, after he made comments about annexing Greenland and disparaging Ukraine. Have you been sent here to help destabilize the European Union and support foreign incursion into European holdings? Prove it. Wait here for ten hours while we search all of your bags.

Central and South America: Were you personally involved in bombing fishing boats, kidnapping Venezuela's president, and running concentration camps for migrants on American soil? Are you here to identify targets, or get revenge on specific individuals who spoke up against this treatment and were deported? Prove that you aren't. I cannot express to you how FAST it has gone. I grew up in a world that does not exist now. We're starting on the path to reverse it, globally. You might not know how much solar has EXPLODED in the last decade or two. It's gone from a side thing, a weirdo novelty that was just Not Viable... to whole countries investing in infrastructure. but we have to keep fighting big oil and fascism everywhere we can in order to keep on this road to a new better less scorching burning earth.

And remember that rip currents arent the only currents to be cautious of. Rivers and lakes have dangerous currents too. (Rip currents aren't only in the ocean.) Be aware of the topology of where you swim, especially if there are man-made structures.

Edit: I’d like to add that the Christianizing of the Ancient Greek understanding of what gods are is rooted in white supremacy. It is this idea that there is only one way to view divinity and that way is the way of the religion that has bulldozed and annihilated any other way of believing by murdering and colonizing Black and brown and indigenous people. It’s fucking exhausting seeing people defend it over and over with “it’s his interpretation!”. People, his interpretation is rooted in white supremacy.

This is gross and emasculating.

It is grotesque to use a man’s funeral as an opportunity to grovel at the feet of another man and to use his legacy to curry favor in such a sycophantic manner.
