This is true but I'm gonna be controversial for a second and say that I feel bad for jocks who get hit with The Injury™️too. The Injury™️ fucking sucks, man. Having something that everyone praised you for when you were young suddenly betray you and having to grapple with both a sudden loss of ability (whether it's something that can be recovered from or not) and figure out what your future looks like now that the one you had imagined for yourself (whether it was actually realistic or not) feels like it's been snatched away is brutal.

After Microsoft fired hundreds of people across Bethesda/Zenimax, it appears Bethesda has been forced to make a public announcement of what projects they currently have in development.

Eg. Fallout 3/NV Remasters, TES VI is being worked on, Fallout 5 is in pre production, more Starfield content, etc.

The ESO section makes me sad because they said they're going to continue making expansions for it yet Microsoft laid off hundreds of ESO staff.

My guess is underpaid contractors will become the main workforce for that game...

if you told me a month ago id be bummed to hear Bethesda making big game announcements id have said you were insane.

We all know Bethesda doesnt like to generically make statements like "yeah we're working on a Fallout 3 Remaster". Bethesda like to make an ANNOUNCEMENT and excite people.

This statement is just Xbox forcing Bethesda to say what they have in development so investors feel like all the firings will make them $$$

God i hope Bethesda/Zenimax can become independent again one day
