Anger has always been my number 1 emotion. She’s like a sister to me. Very useful emotion imo, I love to let it simmer and see where it takes me.

Sadness will have you sulking but anger will have you do things you weren’t sure you were capable of. Mind you, sometimes those things are bad.

one of the things that is hard to get young(er) people to understand is that the tide does shift. it can feel like this cultural moment is eternal. and there are lots of things that last a really really long time, but the general fads in fashion, beauty, humor, pop culture really do move on. quicker than you'd expect. do not sink your money and time on something so ephemeral as a popular eyebrow shape and permanent beauty. I mean, you can. but I promise you it takes one new out of left field ingenue scooped out of some indie scene to land some sleepy unpredicted hollywood hit film for magazines, make up brands, porn, instagram, advertisers, and diet brands to start asking "can we start selling gap teeth, unibrows, wide shoulders, and downturn eyes??" and let me tell you sis, yes they can. and will. relentlessly. when you're 17 years old you don't believe me but you will see.
