•Killua has a decent amount of nightmares, and it’s just something he puts up with every now and then. He might mention it once, but if you remember it he’s kind of surprised.

•When you’re sparring, everyone makes sure to keep an eye out for new techniques or weaknesses someone could improve on.

•As you know, depending on your personality, you have a different kind of Nen. Whatever your main section is, they’re willing to help you out, even if they don’t quite get it themselves—

•If you guys are just play fighting, then you’ve probably had blunt force inflicted head trauma more than once during a pillow fight😐

•(Other instances that call for rock-paper-scissors are: deciding who carries all the bags if you guys go shopping, who has to take care of Killua when he gets pouty, who has to take care of Gon when he’s getting sleepy because he sleep walks and has punched anyone who has tried to lead him to bed, who calls Kurapika at 2am to say that you guys can’t make ramen, who calls Leorio at 3am because Kurapika didn’t tell you, and who has to do chores. Things like that!)

•When it comes to physical affection, Gon doesn’t participate in it often but he’s certainly not opposed! The more you give it to him, the more he returns.

•(Careful not to get him addicted or smth tho, probably really fucking enjoys hugs.)

•Killua, on the other hand, needs time to get used to it. At first, he’s super embarrassed and’ll push you off a bunch, but once he gets used to it he’s completely unfazed and may even do it back(but not as much as Gon).

•So if you’re big on physical affection, then yeah you’re set here!

•Teach Gon multiplication and division! Seriously, his level is just bad. You and Killua quite literally set aside times of the day to tutor Gon so he gets certain concepts a little better.

•Like math.

•If you aren’t very good with math or fast multiplication either (or division), then Killua is retiring your role as teacher and is making you a student.

•(It’s not bad that you and Gon don’t know, but Kurapika secretly asked Killua to teach you guys just for his own peace of mind.)

•If you ask them to fix your hair or something, they’ll do it. Doesn’t even matter what hair type! Both probably like toying with your hair a little bit.

•The same way either one of the boys is able to focus and preform better when the other is there, when you’re there to back them up, they’re just as focused.

•Killua tends to downplay his injuries, so make sure to examine and attend to them yourself! Lord knows he won’t until his pride allows him to.

•Gon also is a little impulsive at time, so catch him if he starts to do anything too endangering, y’know? He means well, he just. . . is Gon <3

Recently, you had started to notice certain. . . abnormalities around the school.

See, you could have sworn you saw these little pink flashes out of the corner of your eye! But for the life of you, you could never seem to figure out what it was.

All you really knew was that every time you checked to look, an item on your desk would go missing.

You had tried whipping your head around every time you even thought you saw one (Aoi and Nene had to take you to the nurse’s office once because of whiplash), trying to snatch them up, and even setting traps!

Hell, you started to think you were crazy when you heard little whispers!

You knew. You just knew it was from those little pink bastards, and you were going to prove it!

After wishing Aoi a safe trip home and parting ways with Nene as she went to do whatever it was she did after school, you commenced plan “PINK TERMINATION 2.0.”

(1.0 landed you in the library quickly trying to pick up stray books that had fallen from the shelves after you clumsily slammed into a bookshelf. You can still remember the fear of the possibility of being caught by the librarian, but you luckily got out unscathed! Unfortunately, you left without finding the identity of your cause of insanity.)

There was one thing you did learn from your first attempted catch, and that was whatever these pink things were are attracted to candy.

So, with this second attempt of yours, you set up a trail of a variety of little sweet treats that you had acquired from Aoi’s endless failed love confessions from her admirers.

After placing the candy, you sprinted around the corner and pressed against the wall. You peeked your head around just enough to see your prey.

So you waited.

And waited.

And waited.

Until you saw it.

A bunny-like creature, no, bunny-like creatures hopping around in a tiny troop. Their beady little eyes seemed to light up at the sight of the sugary treats littered on the wooden floor, and they flocked to take their share of it.

“look, candy!”

“we hit the jackpot!!”

“what about razor blades?”

“we’ll take that risk.”

You watched as they scattered and happily munched on the pieces of candy, and seemed to bounce a little in excitement.

. . . You couldn’t terminate these guys!

They were so cute!

You pushed yourself up from the wall, about to offer up the rest of your stash to the bunny creatures, when a voice from beside interrupted you.

“who’re you?”

It was one of the bunny creatures! Except. . . this one had an exceedingly large and uncomfortably detailed human eye.

Staring back into that large, inky black irised creature, you felt yourself break into a cold sweat.

You thought you had been being sneaky! No way you had been caught by the scariest one!

“H-Hello—” You choked, fear filling your lungs, “I-I’m (Name).” Your hand unconsciously clutched the front of your school uniform and you could feel your heart beat violently against your ribcage.

It didn’t say anything back. Instead it just stared. In fact, it stared so hard, you wouldn’t be surprised if it was reading your mind as you continued to panic.

However, it did what you didn’t anticipate.

Its eye closed joyously, and it cheered out, “you’re very pretty/handsome, (name)!”

You blinked.

Then cooed: “Awww! You little cutie, c’mere!”

You scooped the little guy up in your hands and continued to prod and pet it as you walked out to all the other little ones and fed them candy.

Seeing them ravage the sweets made you realize that they really enjoyed candy! You also realized they were real chatterboxes too.

In the end, they grew an immediate attachment to you! Started to follow you around the school constantly and Nene could never truly figure out if you knew they were there or not, so she never said anything.

But the hoard of mokke around your feet jumping up to cuddle you certainly did warrant the attention of both Nene, daikon who can see them, and Honorable No. 7 who didn’t have anyone to play cards with anymore.

You waited there a little longer, starting to fidget with the silver ring snuggly fit on your finger. It was a promise ring from Junko for your third anniversary.

It was around the same time you had started to notice her fixation with despair and pulled her out of it. Once she realized how much true damage she was causing to herself and others around her, especially her loved ones, she agreed to get help when you begged her.

Junko had been trying for years to get better for both herself and you. You remember when she had first started and constantly came home to you saying how she would murder her therapist.

It was rocky, her recovery. In the beginning she slipped up a lot, and didn’t even really care about her first therapy session. It was only after you started crying, telling her that this wasn’t the Junko you fell in love with that she started to think differently.

Needless to say, it sobered her up for her next therapy sessions to come.

It took a few more therapists before she found one she actually thought wasn’t boring, and after awhile, it was that same therapist who became her long term one and was able to give Junko exercises and practices to make sure she doesn’t fall back into her old ways.

You even remember one time where Junko had had a session to recollect all of the despair incidents she caused (they were low, thankfully, as you were able to catch her in time) and she came home to you sobbing and crying about how thankful she was that you hadn’t left her even through all of the therapy and despair.

That’s when she got you that promise ring, decorated with your birthstone and pristine cut diamonds littering the band. Junko promised you she would never seek to become “Queen of Despair” ever again, and that she just wanted to live a life with you.

(In her head, though, it was only so long until that promise ring turned into an engagement ring.)

Now, she’s almost completely scott-free! Maybe the occasional slip of the tongue or personality switch, but she can catch herself and revert back to normal.

She’s really come a long way, you smiled to yourself.

“And it’s cause of you, sweet ass!” You skidded back in surprise from the sudden appearance of Junko Enoshima herself, the metal chair scratching painfully loud against the marble floor.

Looking up to meet the sky blue eyes of the Ultimate Fashonista, it seemed like her already wide smile widened. She snickered before kicking a seat out and plopping down, “Were you thinking about me?” She cooed with her head in her hand and her red, manicured nails coming to tap on her plush cheek.

You sighed, a bit embarrassed. “Was I that obvious?”

“Actually, no, I just wanted to see if you were.”

Your eyes snapped open as you practically squawked at her, hitting her arm playfully making her cackle loudly.

“I’m kidding, I’m kidding! I heard you mumble something while looking down at your ring, babe.” Junko tapped her forehead hidden underneath her pale blonde hair, “Girl genius, remember?”

“Well I wouldn’t say that’s necessarily girl genius behavior, but whatever floats your boat, Junko—” A slim and soft hand moved to cover your mouth.

“Shut it, catty, and let me have this moment!” Her vile words betrayed the goofy grin stretching across her face.

That’s when you decided. . .

You could really get used to seeing Junko so unconditionally happy again.

•Tanjiro has a tendency to push himself past his limits and get an incredible ton of injuries after every fight with a demon, especially with upper Kizuki.

•You can alleviate the stress and injuries by fighting alongside Tanjiro! If you back him up when he starts to get tired and needs time to recover, he appreciates it more than you’ll ever know.

•If you tell Tanjiro that he’s amazing, then he’s flushed for a second before shooting a compliment back at you.

•Obviously she’s really sorry when she does this and just opts to relax with you instead.

•Nap with her! She only needs to sleep when she needs to recover energy from regenerating, so other than that she just sleeps cause she likes too. That or to pass the time.

•If you agree to nap with her for a little bit, she becomes ecstatic and cuddles you enough to the point where you can’t move! So even if you wanted to change your mind, you can’t leave—

•Nezuko can’t really talk with a muzzle (duh) so she usually just whines and growls to communicate with you.

•You’re totally sure she purred once.

•Nezuko can’t stay still for too long and will probably wonder off, but if she sits in your lap to keep her still, she’ll stay there.

•Inosuke only stays and meditates with you guys because you have to make it sound like a challenge.

•Tanjiro sits in front of you and meditates when you’re by yourselves. He says it helps you guys connect better, and it kind of does.

•After all, you don’t need to talk to bond.

•(He always apologizes if he sneezes or something and breaks concentration.)

•Tanjiro, when he comes back from certain missions, brings back gifts! If he the place he went to had things that reminded him of the gang, he bought it and brought it back.

•This causes a ripple effect in your group and everyone starts to do it occasionally.

•Zenitsu’s reaction is more subtle, but he’s always a little surprised when he gets a gift. He doesn’t know, but it always feels really nice and appreciates whatever he gets. (He’s a little shy about it.)

•Chances are Inosuke will sit down and listen with the she-demon.

•It reminds him of how his mother used to sing to him, so he finds it soothing regardless if your voice is scratchy or cracks.

•Inosuke falls asleep on you most of the time, so now you’re flanked on both sides—

•Zenitsu may walk in and once he sees Nezuko out of her box, then he’s by her side in milliseconds. You’re debating on if he used a lightning breathing technique to get there so fast.

•The blond boy also falls asleep because of the lullaby and from holding Nezuko comfortably in his arms.

•Tanjiro usually shows up last and is the most tired, so when he sees you guys all laying down on each other, he doesn’t pass up the opportunity.

•Tell him to rest his head on your lap instead since the other kids are trapping your sides (your arms lost feeling a little bit ago).

•Tanjiro’ll request you to sing a song that was from his childhood and before he slips into dreamland, he compliments your sing sleepily. Then, he’s out.

•He used to do this with his siblings, so it feels nice to do it again.

•Congrats! Now you can’t move :) but now you have a bunch of sleepy demon slayers + demon sleeping on top of you.

•When you guys are all asleep in that cuddle pile, Shinobu checks in on you all.

Today was one of your off days, and Hanako was well aware of it.

It was the way you walked into the bathroom with heavy, yet shaky, steps. It was the way you lazily closed the door behind you. It was the way you seemed to stumble over your own feet simply because you didn't have the energy to pick them up. It was the way you went straight to cleaning the bathroom with no funny remarks. It was the way you hadn't even called out for Hanako. It was the way you kept your head down through it all.

There was a particular way that you acted when you were out of serotonin battery, and it was more apparent than ever.

If Hanako was being honest, he truly hadn't expected this many episodes from you when you’d first summoned him and told him your wish. He hadn't expected you to be so anxious, so depressed. It helped Hanako come to the conclusion that that night you confessed your wishes to him was truly, truly from the deepest part of you. You were struggling, you really were. Your will to live was quite literally non-existent and your smile never reached your eyes. It was like there was only so much of you left, and Hanako couldn't let it die out.

He just couldn't.

Hanako floated over to you, a gentle hand on your shoulder to assess your boundaries. Sometimes, you didn't want to be touched, but other times all you wanted was physical contact. You made no steps to move away from him, so he took this as an a-okay to get touchy-feely with you.

He spun you around gently, removing the broom from your shaky hands. After placing it back in its original spot, Hanako grabbed your face with both of his hands and lifted it to meet his eyes. Your face was blank, yet held a heavy amount of emotion he just couldn't place. Your eyes told him everything and nothing at the same time, and it just went to show how far gone you were today.

A frown creased his face unconsciously at seeing you in this state. In all honesty, he had seen a breakdown coming after noticing a steady decline in your usual slightly energetic behavior. It takes a lot to pick you apart, and your signs are almost non existent. . . but sometimes he does notice. And those moments are so crucial to him, as it allows him to get a feel of the words you just don't let yourself say.

Focusing back on your face smushed gently between his large palms, he mumbled to you in the sweetest way he could, "What happened, honey bee?"

As soon as those words left his mouth, your eyebrows creased as water quickly began to both form and pour out of your eyes. Your lower lip wobbled and your mouth attempted to speak out words, but instead, a sob interrupted whatever was going to be said. However, you still continued to try and blubber out words as you clawed on Hanako's sleeves looking for comfort.

Hanako did not disappoint, and immediately swung his arms around you, making sure to hold you securely to give you that sense of security. That feeling that you're not alone in this moment.

He felt you begin to crumble to the floor, and he gently kept you up and floated down onto the floor. Once his knees and yours finally touched the rickety wood of the old school bathroom, he took advantage of your position and pushed you into the crook of his neck as he held you closely.

While he would you to his chest, he needed you to be able to breathe without any restrictions seeing as your sobs were racking you so hard to the point where your breathing was uneven and stuttering.

Quietly, he took his hat off and placed it on top of your head. Hanako began to rub his hand up and down your back as you continued to shake and sob in his arms. He murmured reassurances to you, even if you couldn't really hear him. Once he started to hear you blubber out apologies for breaking down so abruptly, he let you get the words out before shutting those thoughts down.

"There's no reason to say sorry, (Name), I'm supposed to be here for you." He surprised himself a bit with his next sentence, "I want to be here for you."

Most of the time, Hanako simply blamed all his protectiveness and attentiveness to you on the contract. His excitement to see you? Some sort of side effect. Loving any little activities you do together? He was just bored. Feeling touched when you started to open up to him? Just glad you were finally conforming with the contract agreements. Helping him through any tough times or uninvited emotions? You were just. . . well he didn't know, but he would blame it on the contract!!!

Even so, it was so clear it wasn't the contract's fault. A half-assed excuse so Hanako wouldn't have to admit that he was growing attached to you too fast.

But he was. He truly was, and even for the months you had known each other, he didn't want to let you leave him alone again. As you seeked him out for comfort, he seeked you out. He got lonely and kept thinking of you? He bothers you in class! Follows you throughout the entire day.

Amane just didn't realize that you were making him. . . happier.

Even in moments like these where it breaks his heart to see, so raw, just how broken you truly are, he finds himself a little happy. Happy that you've finally begun to admit your sad or upset, finally begun to cry without restraint, finally begun to accept affection. . . He was really happy that you trusted him this much. It held a lot of meaning to him, and he would never break your trust.

"Hey, honey bee, focus on me, hm?" Hanako pulled you back from him, hands still resting on your waist, keeping you grounded. You looked at him, still hiccuping and sniffling with snot and tears covering your face.

He lifted on of his hands off your waist to wipe the liquids on his sleeve and clear up your puffy face.

Hanako returned his hand and continued to direct you, "We're going to do some breathing exercises, okay? I want you to breathe with me."

Although Hanako can be a little shit with his teasing and inability to seem to take things seriously, when it really came down to it, he was there for his friends when they needed him. And right now, he's here for you. If he was being one hundred percent honest, he saw himself before he died in you. He truly empathizes with you, and refuses to let anything happen to you.

"Okay. In," Hanako took in a deep breath through his nose, waiting for you to mimic his action before continuing, "and out." You copied him by exhaling through your mouth. Your breaths were still shaky, and your hiccups had only dialed down by a little, but that only encouraged Hanako more to return you to a calm state.

Hanako repeatedly practiced the breathing technique with you until you had finally fully calmed down. You were reduced to only the occasional sniffle or whimper, but your breathing was finally stable and that's what Hanako was aiming for.

To get your attention, Hanako lifted the hood of his cap up to reveal your face as he asked, "Do you want to talk about it now or later?" You were able to muster up a meek "later" but Hanako understood you all the same.

"Alright, if you change your mind, I'll listen." He gave you a warm smile, that same warm smile that he flashed you a million times, yet hit you all the same. You just pushed yourself back into him, fists balled up on his sleeves, clutching the fabric.

His arms automatically returned to their spot around you, and his hand resumed it's rubbing motion upon your back.

"Th—Thank you, Hanako. . . for helping m-me." Your voice was still strained from crying, and your words showed your vulnerability. Yet, Hanako was still surprised.

Fixing his composure, he reassured you with earnest that, "You don't have to thank me, (Name). I'd do anything for you."

And, for the first time, Amane really came to terms with it. He really would do anything for you.

•Normally, it’s just fishing!! It’s a win-win for Sanji and the trio. Sanji gets something to cook for dinner, and the rascals aren’t bored!

•During the night, it’s just really loud snoring.

•But then there’s other times where they get into something just. . . odd.

•While crochet itself isn’t odd, having your hollow-headed captain with two knitting tools he’s never used before attempting to make a scarf??? That was odd.

•Robin helps them through the entire process though, so don’t worry too much. Although, she does leave out some parts just to see what they would come up with.

•The other two, Usopp and Chopper, actually make some pretty great stuff! Usopp, being the multitalented artist he is, created plenty of varied accessories fit specifically for the crew!

•Chopper spent the whole 5 hours on the same item. Please, whatever it looks like, please just wear it to make him feel better.

•Luffy. . . well, he tried! It’s the thought that counts!

•If you ever wear what they made, I can assure you they’d be ecstatic.

•Usopp? It’d be a major confidence boost, and he’s probably say something smug like “Ah, of course! Usopp Da Vinci’s work on this scale is just too marvelous to be ignored!”

•“Wasn’t he a painter—”

•“Let me have my moment, (Name).”

•Chopper? He does that little happy dance <3 Totally says “Aww, you big dummy! You don’t have to go and flatter me!” Chopper probably have his only item specifically to you, so wear it as much as you can.

•Robin reads a lot as we know, and she tends to talk to you about them a lot. She’s always suggesting a new title, a juicy genre you need to check out, or even having a mini book club to discuss what major plot twists happened in your stories that week.

•Because Robin is an older woman with more experience, she’s hesitantless in offering you any advice that you need. She has that motherly nature to her, and you’re definitely not excluded to it. Will sit you down and have you talk about your problems in detail, or if you just need someone to be close to right then and there, she’s right there for you.

•And, Robin is modest! We know, we understand, what a queen—

•But, we all know she dips herself into that piping hot tea, okay???

•She comes out with the hOTTEST news out of nowhere, even hotter than what Nami pops out with!

•Speaking of Nami, she likes to just sunbathe and read a lot when she has the time. Most of time she’s, y’know, navigating. Cause she’s a navigator.

•But if she’s just out and about, she’s either chatting with Robin, or sitting underneath her tangerine tree with you.

•I’m sure Nami really just needs to ramble sometimes, so give her that closure and in return: you get tangerines! (But she’ll one hundred percent return the favor for you.)

•Nami also likes to just watch the sea sometimes. She likes to play this game to see who can spot the most fish in the shortest amount of time.

•Except the catch is, how many fish you find is how many Beli the other person pays you.

•As we know, Sanji already remembers everyone’s favorite dishes, and you are no exception.

•Sanji still brings you out surprise dishes, just not as often. But trust me when I say it’s the same amount of adoration put in there.

•Either gender (or none, i don’t judge lol), Sanji likes to have talks with you while he prepares a meal of the day. It could be about anything really.

•Want to talk about how Zoro’s kimono unconventionally ripped right at his ass crack? You better believe Sanji has an entire monologue prepared about that.

•But, really, Sanji enjoys the company as he cooks, so you being there makes him real happy— He feels content :)

•You know how Zoro just trains to train?? Like because he just feels like it?

•Well, now you’ve been roped into it.

•And even though it was just half of his normal passive workout, you were practically drained of all bodily fluids by the end of it.

•Eventually you get used it (Zoro makes sure you do, he doesn’t exactly want you passing out every five minutes). So now, you’re kind of like a mini-Zoro when it comes it unneeded strength. Congrats!!

•Zoro let’s you join him for naps. If he’s sleeping up in the crow’s nest and you just happen to pop in and sleep next to him, he’s not really gonna complain.

•I mean, Luffy does it too! You three have probably had cuddle piles (unwillingly on Zoro’s part) and Chopper has joined in more than a few thousand times.

•If you stay up with him during night watch, then he’s definitely going to appreciate that. Sure he mostly just trains that entire time, but now he has company and someone to train with. He’s still figuring out if you pestering him during the night watch is a good thing, though.

•Now, because you stay up all night, you tend to nap around with Zoro when you have the chances.

•Congratulations, now you really have become a mini Zoro.

•Chopper likes to follow you around a lot, if you don’t mind. Usually he’s tinkering around in his doctor’s office, but if he’s not then he’s probably attached to anyone of the ship. Fair game.

•If he’s with you, however, he’s probably talking to you about some dream he had where he threw up and in his throw up was the reflection of himself. Except he had swirly eyebrows like Sanji—

•Chopper said he’s still deciding whether it was a normal dream or a nightmare.

•If you have anything sweet you can share with him, then please do it :) You have a break-apart popsicle? Give him half! Sanji gave you cotton candy? Let him have some you monster—

•Just makes sure he doesn’t have too much sweets that he gets a tummy ache!

•Usopp is a big tinkerer! He’s teaming up with Franky a lot of the time to make some new, top-of-the-line invention with the big guy.

•If you sit with Usopp and watch him work, you’ll see just how concentrated he gets when he gets into the groove.

•Chances are: Usopp rambles a lot, and I mean like a lot. He probably rambles about what designs he’s thinking he should paint on the new weapon he made for you, or he’s talking about some tall tale of a woman with four heads and two penises.

•Don’t ask about the details of the latter, you don’t know what Sanji slipped into the drinks that night.

•Are you artistic yourself? Great! Usopp is the perfect partner to sketch, paint, sculpt, mold, etc. with! He’s down for anything, and certainly willing to learn if he hasn’t heard about a certain medium.

•You guys can, and most likely will, spend hours on just making different forms of art for your own enjoyments.

•Usopp told you a secret, and it’s that he has this little sketchbook in his tinker corner that had a bunch of sketches of everyone on the crew <3

•Some are just a crew member loitering to them laughing and dancing around a campfire.

Hanako gazed curiously upon your actions of tussling with something inside of your bag.

It has to be big, Hanako thought, beginning to think of the possibilities of what was hiding in that strawberry-colored bag you lugged around, and it causes a lot of friction.

He tilted his head to get a better view of the object just as you hopped up and spun around to face him.

With a big and determined smile on your face, Hanako was presented with a frankly large and fluffy blanket! He blinked a few times, but he couldn't figure out a reason of why you'd pulled one out (or more like he couldn't fathom how you fit that huge thing in your bag).

"I'm not cleaning the bathroom today, Hanako!" Despite this violating the routine Hanako forces you into, he was very curious on where your sudden confidence came from. It was a pretty rare sight, and he didn't want it to fade just yet.

However, this is still Hanako we're talking about.

"Awww," the amber-eyed ghost pouted, his head falling into his right palm, "my precious assistant is finally going to seduce me into submission." He pretended not to see your obviously shocked and flustered expression and looked at his hand to pick non-existent dirt out of his nails. "I mean, that must be what you brought the blanket for, right? Well, why I do appreciate the thought and would be quite ecstatic for you to take me right in this bathroom," His hand paused it's ministrations as his eyes snapped up to meet yours, "it's just that. . ."

"I can assure you I won't be the one in submission." Hanako's smirk was that of the Cheshire cat's, and his words were thick, sultry, and were surely no empty threat.

He watched with that same mischievous spark in eyes as you half-hid your face behind the blanket you were holding up. You looked away from his gaze as you were just a bit too flustered to look him in the eye.

"How cute~" Hanako continued to purr, finally getting on his feet from floating in the air and began to circle you predatorily, "If I didn't know any better, I would say maybe you wanted that?" His teasing words swirled around in your head, and good lord you didn't even know how to react.

"I didn't know my sweet assistant was so—"

"I just wanted to cuddle with you, Hanako!"

Hanako stopped in his tracks and his face immediately went from "Honorable No. 7's a minx" to "Amane's embarrassed again."

His hat seemed to match his emotions as it tilted half off his head, and his choppy and uneven black hair making its star appearance beneath, accompanied by his violently blushing face.

While your cheeks were still hot from Hanako's relentless teasing, you continued to explain your true intentions of the blanket you had brought to school.

"I-I just— well, I mean, we usually just good around and stuff, a-and that's cool and all!! B-But I kind of just want to lay down and relax with you. . ." You weren't looking at him, somewhat embarrassed yourself from your heartfelt confession.

Calming down from the initial fluster, Hanako's face softened, and that warm smile that he seemed to only wear the most with you made its way to his lips. Walking over to you, he covered your hands in his slightly larger ones, the feeling replicating that of a plastic bag with ice slipping around inside.

When you looked up at him, he felt the tip of his ears heat up a bit again, and watched as you opened your mouth to speak.

With your initial confidence coming back in the most casual way possible, you nonchalantly grinned and leaned into Hanako, "So, won't you relax with me? Just for a bit, mkay?"

Suddenly, Hanako remembered how small he could feel with you. He couldn't even say some teasing remark as his stomach was all filled with warmness and butterflies. His warm smile turned into this big, obvious, dumb lovesick grin and he followed your movements like an infatuated puppy.

You layer the blanket out on the (albeit, clean) bathroom floor and rolled up the edge enough to make makeshift pillows. You flopped down on the fluffy fabric, face easily falling into the soft cotton making the material.

Noticing the lack of ghost boy next to you, you peeked up at the ghost boy of interest and took a good look at his expression.

Hanako anxiously tugged on his sleeve, cap still tilted on his head, with a red face and a wobbly smile. You honestly couldn't tell if he was nervous or happy. His thickened-honey irises glowed and were completely set on you and the blanket you laid on, yet he made no move to walk towards you. His head was cloudy, and you recognized it (because unfortunately, you've had to take him out of his head for his own good one too many times :().

Sitting up on your knees, you clasped Hanako's hand, making him snap out of whatever trance he was in and gaze down at you. The pretty, amber eyes he bared at you were met with a comforting look. You whispered a soft "c'mere" before gently tugging him down onto the blanket and next to you.

Falling onto the softer-than-it-looked blanket, Hanako felt all the tension almost immediately leave his body. It'd been a while since he felt something so soft and comforting.

Other than you, of course.

His cap lied somewhere else for the time being for him to be able to get cozy on the makeshift bed-of-sorts. Hanako rubbed his cheek into the rolled up part of the blanket, resting his head and seeking the most congenial position.

"Hanako," you whispered, and he looked over to you who was laying right across from him, a bit of a cheery look on your face. Hanako blinked at you curiously, his eyelashes gently grazing his high cheekbones.

You smiled at just how fast he had seemed to slip into this headspace of his. He seemed content, eyes even a bit glossy from possible nostalgia of when he was alive.

His eyes widened a bit as you opened your arms to him, gestures inviting him into your undoubtedly warm embrace.

Normally, Hanako would think again before becoming so vulnerable with someone— but, you were different. He really truly felt safe around you. He felt. . . He felt alive.

Hanako wasted now time you snuggle into your arms, his face nuzzling into your chest, no doubt inhaling your scent and getting snug in your bosom/chest. His arm unconsciously came up from its place at his side to rest on your waist as you began to rub circles into his spine.

Hanako knew he'd have to wake you up when it was time for you to head home. He knew that. So, he wasn't taking advantage of any time he had with you right now. No, not with the way you held him so securely, not with the way your hand massaged his nimble body, not with the way you kissed the top of his head so lovingly! No— he wouldn't take you for advantage.

He felt so small right now, and he enjoyed it.

Amane was finally able to let down his walls.

Finally, your hand ministrations stopped and your hand fell limp on his back and snores began to bounce off the wall of the empty, haunted bathroom.Your chest had a steady pattern, very calm and signaled that you had most likely fallen asleep.

Hanako looked up from your chest to see your eyes closed and mouth slightly agape to let out those snores. He snickered a bit at how loud they were, but hey, at least you were comfy, right?

He shamelessly reached his hand up (stealthily, as he didn't want to wake you up) and gently shut your lips. The snoring was much quieter now.

Hanako took that advantage to just lay and stare at your finally tenseness face. He was grateful to see you like this, he really was. You were always so tense, one way or another, so seeing you so easily slip into such a vulnerable state with him had his dead heart doing backflips and cartwheels galore.

Hanako, ghost boy, didn't really need to sleep, so he just took the time to relish in the feeling of intimacy in the moment.

He just. . . was so happy, in ways he couldn't even explain.

He felt his face begin to heat up, but he couldn't be bothered to care.

Amane was just so happy to be with you.

•You were the third eldest child of the exceptional exorcist family that is the Minamoto clan.

•As the third child of four, your two older brothers tended to baby you (especially the eldest, Teru). But you all had a habit of spoiling the littlest, Tiara.

•You were just beginning the whole exorcist business, and if you were being honest, you kind of just wanted all apparitions to move on peacefully. You mean, they all must have an attachment to the earthly plane for a reason, right? Most are tragic creatures who deserve that happy ending, who deserve to get to the afterlife and possible reincarnate when they're ready.

•Unsurprisingly, your views clashed with Teru's who simply believed (and bluntly told you) that all spirits are bad.

•Good thing for you, though, you and Kou have a much more sympathetic approach to exorcisms which enables you both to find out ways to do your future jobs while still sticking your morals and values.

•(You aren't completely related to the Minamoto family. You are more of a child caused by a drunk mishap and it's why you look so much different than the rest of your family. The only thing you share is their telling blond hair. [Even if it may be just random streaks/patches.] Even though you're technically a half blood in a way, the family took you in as if you were their full blood child as soon as you were born.)

•(Also, if you already have blond hair than congrats it's now from the Minamotos.)

•Anyways.

•You probably met Hanako by visiting the haunted bathroom either for some peace and quiet, or to check out if the rumor was true.

•You let out a heavy sigh before prying your heavy lids open only to be met with a pair of wide, glistening honeycomb eyes.

•(No Nene Universe—) Your eyes widened and you pushed up against the wall in surprise and stared at the boyish apparition.

•His lashes brushed gracefully atop his cheeks as he blinked mischievously at you, very much knowing how he was about to tease you. "Oh? Well, I guess you can see me. Especially how your eyes widened like a frightened kitten!"

•You stutter out, trying to ignore his previous comment, "Y-You must be H-Hanako-san!"

•He blinked in surprise, his smirk falling momentarily,"Well you caught on quick." It was quickly back up as soon as it dropped, however, and he continued, "And who are you to be able to see me?"

•You stood up on your two feet after still being sat cross legged from your initial meeting, "O-Oh, I'm sorry. My name is Minamoto (Name). It's nice to meet you, Hanako-san." You bowed respectfully.

•An exorcist? Saying it's nice to meet you to him? And bowing? Aren't you supposed to be already growling at him, ready to pounce like a feral dog? Especially since you're a Minamoto?

•Well, you haven't been rude to him, so there's no reason for him to be rude to you.

•"A pleasure to make your acquaintance, (Name)."

•(Nene Universe—) As soon as you made eye contact with the ghost, his eyes widened and he blurted out:

•"You're the half-breed!"

•He doesn't seem to care much at your deadpan reaction but inquires you, "You're Yashiro's friend, right? (Name), was it?" He floated backwards, giving you space to get up. He flashed you a mischievous grin, "Nice to meet ya, half-Minamoto!"

•Despite his obvious jabs at you, you politely smiled at him and bowed, "It's nice to meet you as well, Hanako-san."

•You're just as kind as Yashiro said you were! Hanako should have known.

• "Sorry for barging into your space like this, I was looking for a quiet place to think and—"

• "It's fine, it's fine," he waved you off, "I was getting kind of bored here anyways."

•(Either way—)After that, you two become good friends. He learns more about you and has learned a lot about you, and you've learned a lot about him and how to handle him when he's not particularly feeling himself. (Hanako probably deals with a lot of episodes.)

•However, even though you never use your exorcism weapon on him, he still seals it in case of anything—

•When Kou first tried to exorcise Hanako, you watch as one of your older brother's is embarrassingly humiliated by the shorter yet more agile ghost.

•You explained your friendship with said ghost and while your brother also grew an attachment to Hanako, he still kind of wanted to exorcise him with some of the stuff that Hanako would say.

•Teru, though he knows he can't control you, he persists on telling you that apparitions are bad, that Hanako is bad. As your older brother and a skilled exorcist, you should be taking his advice!

•However, it's quite obvious that you don't, but he loves you regardless and just makes sure you don't get hurt on whatever path you take.

•Nene 100% talks about Teru all the time around you and asks about his hobbies, interests, disinterests, etc. and there's not much you can do other than awkwardly laugh off her questions or answer them with vague detail with little pleas like "haha, yashiro i love you but can we get back to the tutoring please?"

•Teru 8,000% keeps all yours, Kou's, and Tiara's growth records on that damned keyboard he carries around and Hanako knows it. All he wants to know is your measurements, dammit. But everytime he gets too close, Teru tries to exorcise him!! It's either Teru shows him or he finds out for himself!!!!

•You and Kou have a very easy dynamic with each other. A more reserved and quiet person matched with a rowdy and loud person truly balance each other out.

•You also 200% keep him from doing things too impulsively.

• However, if your personality leans more to Kou’s kind, you guys are packed with energy and just burn it off for hours together.

• You two bake and cook a lot, even if you're bad at it. He likes to teach you and totally praises you even if it looks like poop on a plate. Teru will as well [but that's expected].

•Because both you and Kou have a more sympathetic/empathetic approach to apparitions and ghost/the seven mysteries, you both are able to talk about your views on the ghosts without being shut down by an easy, yet stern "No💛" from Teru.

•You both do struggle with exorcism in its finest [and kind of it's base-est] form, so you both are generally on the same level when it comes to exorcism skills. You both kind of just grow together because there's a closer age gap between you both. You're just a little younger than him.

•He doesn't find the fact that you're not a "full-Minamoto" relevant at all. You're his little sibling?? Why should he care about anything else??? Kou loves you, and you guys are the most sibling joking rivalry you can get. Cares for you deeply, if he ever sees you get hurt he cries.

•In summary, you two are a great duo.

•Let's not forget Tiara however, she's the princess! You're always down to play with her or just spend time with her in general. She tends to like to play dolls and be read too [please read to her] and if you did things like this with her, she'd be elated.

•Constantly searching for her nii-samas (and nee-sama), when she finds you she will never let go.

•Depends on you for growth advice when she starts to grow up. Also kind of thinks of you as the next best thing for a mom. She never really got to meet her own mother, but you certainly act like how everyone said mother acted. Might have called you mom by accident once [most likely said it to Teru too.].

•Probably when you tucked her in and kissed her goodnight.

•Let her play with your hair! She's probably going to do it anyways, just get the inevitable out the way. Tiara doesn't care that you're from a different family as well, you're her big sibling! •He's watched both you and Kou grow into your own people with your own paths, and definitely has some sort of data chart/document related to that.

•Now he just has Tiara as his baby girl🥺. Please never grow up Tiara, Teru will not be able to handle it.

•Jokes aside, Teru can be a bit protective of you and tends to monitor you. If you have anxiety and depression, definitely has mental health checks with you. Any disorder or so that you have, he does his best to elevate any stress caused by it.

•Will murder someone who confesses to you.

•In his eyes, you are still a baby sibling, one who looks up at him with those puppy eyes that he can't say no to. So this inevitably means he can tend to treat you like that.

•Just be a little pushy with him if he's getting on your nerves though, he'll catch himself.

•Ask him anything he doesn't want to tell you and he'll just smile, pat your head, and laugh awkwardly. The head pats he gives are fire though. Can't argue with that. He's probably been doing it for years, so it's a habit that's completely ingrained into him. He sees you and just *pats* Because it's just instinct at that point! He loves you very much, very very much. Cares for you deeply, and loves you regardless if you're a "half-breed."

•Eldest brother cannot get enough of his little siblings.

•Sibling antics can range from swapping out a skin oil for hot sauce to replacing underwear with thongs.

•Sometimes, Teru wonders where he went wrong.

•Kou can, and will, over-salt or spice something if he feels like messing with you. You can bite into a cake and crap later like you just ate Taco Bell.

•You and Kou also have a tendency to rough house. Sometimes they'll be little smacks and punches just because or even bites [this is you. you started biting Kou and Teru and now Tiara mimicked you, much to their dismay.] and it'll turn into a full on wrestling match in the living room.

•Normally it ends in a draw or until someone calls uncle. Actually, it usually just has to stay a draw because you are just as stubborn as any other Minamoto and will fight your brother to the death if he so pleases.

•Kou and you are evenly matched, however, Teru likes to join in on the fun sometimes too. Since technically Teru equals like 10 people in both strength and skill, you and Kou have to work together to take him down. Teru doesn't say it [but it's probably on his face, let's be honest] but he loves how you both suddenly get so serious and start to strategize how to take the eldest down.

•Unfortunately, you both lose to Teru regardless.

•Unmatched king— Sometimes, little Tiara will join in! She likes to ref instead so she can give you and Kou pity points when Teru has too much of the upper hand. Other times, she'll join in herself! Of course, this is when you guys tone it down from death match to play fighting. You guys make rough her up a little bit by little pushes and throwing her up in the air, but that's it as none of you want to bruise the princess—

•No one really can tell that you are a Minamoto at school since the only telltale sign is your complete/streaks of/patches of blond hair. Everyone just chalks up the same last name as a coincidence.

•Those assumptions start to crumble as they watch you walk in with the other Minamoto siblings and eat from the same themed lunch boxes and even are seen hanging out at the most random of times.

•(Nene at least once tried to get you to hook her up with Teru. You just smiled and laughed awkwardly.)

•Hanako jokes about how you aren't nearly as intimidating as the "big dog" (Teru) and the "yapping pomeranian" (Kou).

•("Yapping Pomeranian?" You blinked. Hanako waved his hand as he explained like it was the most obvious thing in the world, "Uh, duh? Because all that kid does is yap! All bark no bite!")
