Like any obsessed fan of a show, I decided to over analyze the crap out of RWBY. I then came to the chess pieces from volume one in which team RWBY gets horses. And there are four of them. Four horsemen? So basically I looked up the horseman, and guess what the colors of the horsemen are? White, Red, Black, and… Pale. But pale is similar to yellow so let’s just go with it. But that’s really when the similarities divide. White has a crown and that’s the only similarity with Weiss. Red has none. Black carries scales so kind of Blake because she’s judge-y but that’s a stretch. So I thought it was a bust. But then I started thinking. What else is there four of? Maidens. And who is the only one who has confirmed maiden powers? Cinder. And she is based off of Cinderella so that fits the crown. The white horsemen came to deceive. Cinder came to deceive. The white horsemen carries a bow. Cinder uses a bow. So what if the four maidens become four henchmen of Salem and they all represent the four horsemen? It’s just a thought. Also sorry if my writing seems spiratic I am trying to just get my thoughts all down before I forget anything.

4) This is a different point outside of the transfers, but I felt it too short to make it it’s own post, plus it applies to Ozpin. I believe the reason Ozpin claims the tale of the two brothers is true, is because the wizard is the eldest brother. I think it makes logical sense, as the four maidens powers together (which the wizard originally had) are strong enough to change and shape the entire world.

I know it sucks to think about, but Pyrrha will have to be replaced eventually. So pay close attention to whoever they meet in Haven.

3) Qrow’s semblance: Qrow has the semblance of misfortune. We see in the fight in episode 7 of volume 4 that this semblance isn’t a choice but rather a permanent effect. Ruby is almost hit by falling rubble. Qrow says it’s best if he stays to the sidelines. Even for those he loves. Enter Uncle Qrow for Ruby. Qrow knows it would be dangerous to stay with Summer and Ruby. So he sticks Ruby at his sister’s family and plays Uncle on the sidelines. Makes sense right. Explains why he and Ruby are so similar beyond him being a not blood related Uncle. His mumbling in episode 9 about an argument with Taiyang is probably an argument about Ruby or less likely Summer. We’ll just have to see.

So what do you guys think? Do you think the theory has ground to stand on, or is Monty and many other’s words to be held true with out a grain of salt?

Secondly, the Maiden power switching could be similar to Ozpin power switch. I will go into detail for about this in another theory, but basically I think when a Maiden power moves on, the old maiden is around long enough to show the new one the ropes, similar to Ozpin with Oscar right now. So could the autumn Maiden be swaying Cinder from the dark. Maybe.
