Got home from the hospital. I'm in pain and I can't be bothered moving from the couch to get my medicine and going to bed

I'm in my hospital bed by myself. I have a room on my own which is great and I'm downloading All 4 because I'm bored haha. My throat isn't too bad. I've lost my slippers so hopefully I'll find them 😲

Operation

In the day room in hospital. So nervous for this operation omg 😭😭😭😭

Gym

Went to the gym for an hour today. Was taught how to use all the machines plus I got to wear my new gym clothes 💁🏼 yayyyy I loved it! I can't wait to go again but this time i want to go longer and I'm going to go alone so I can focus on losing weight haha 💖

CAMHS

Went to CAMHS today to see Dr Kyla. It went ok, just spoke about my tablets, my depression and social anxiety. I've to visit the mood juice to have a look, idk what it is but I'll look at it later. I also bought 2 DVDs and gym stuff. Waiting on an email from the gym then I can start going as much as I want 🙂 can't wait !

Joined a gym today, just need to book an induction and I can go as much as I want. I want rid of this fat stomach and thighs. It's so embarrassing, I even have stretch marks 😖 need to do English and maths homework then bedtime 🏅🏋🏼
