couple of recent style experiments, having a lot of fun with bright colours and chunky shapes! this is a lil closer to how i used to draw, way back when, and it's been very freeing to go back to something more stylized!

Zoey

Perception: She's so cute and affectionate and energetic and uninhibited!

Reality: Was the Weird Kid in school, has closeness and relationship issues due to her parents' messy divorce, when she dares to make a move she tries to flirt by infodumping or by love poems that are too much for most people.

Mira

Perception: The classic take-no-shit does-what-she-wants bad girl. She must have a string of conquests as long as her hair.

Reality: Didn't like or trust anyone she met when she was still in her family's social circle, now she scares off everyone not brave or perceptive enough to see the lovergirl inside the badgirl. Also a little afraid of fallout from being a hunter hurting anyone close to her.

Rumi

Perception: Gorgeous, confident, in control. She could have whoever she wanted.

Haruka Kawakami

Explanation: I think Mira is the one who's most easily able to steal clothes from the other girls, and also probably the hardest to steal FROM. like I'm sorry but "[Rumi/Zoey] is drowning in Mira's [insert clothing item]" uhhh, not really- no much more than Mira herself is at least. If it's a tighter fitted top Zoey maybe fits into it ok, but it definitely wouldn't fit Rumi (pretty significantly too small on the shoulders/upper chest) and neither of them would be able to steal Mira's bottoms. (Zoey maybe gets away with a looser/more flared/pleated skirt or something but definitely nothing fitted or with legs because of her hips and thighs but Rumi's waist is at LEAST 2 pants sizes up from Mira maybe more)

Zoey: “Wait where did my— MiraaaaaaAAAAAA!!!! I need PANTS!”

Mira: *in the distance* “No! They’re cozy!”

Zoey: “Yeah, they’re cozy and they’re MINE!!! I can’t just walk around pantsless!”

Rumi: “Where did all of the others go..?”

Zoey: “Mira’s dresser.”
