[An unpleasant shift]

Yesterday it was raining, I couldn't go outside so I decided to lay in my den [in my room]. I took some blackberries and strawberries into a [clean] bowl in my room.

And that triggered a shift, I think a mental one.

It was not really enjoyable. I felt like an animal held captive. My den didn't really look like a tree hollow. Everything felt so fake, as if some human tried to make it comfortable for me, but it wasn't.

I felt sad, miserable. Like I couldn't go outside, to my real home. My "human thinking" completely turned off. If it was still "on", I would think that after the rain stops, I could go to the forest. But no. My animal-thinking told me that I'm an animal which has no opportunity to go home.

Luckily, the shift ended after some time.
