Anyways, I don't think you deserve to feel under appreciated or unloved, even if you don't like your appearance or certain things about yourself. Someone out there is probably capable of loving you through your problems. I'm not gonna spew bs about how you shouldn't change or anything, but the changes you should make should be ones that you want! From your posts it seems like you're depressed (not a doctor though, so I could be wrong), and that you're using social media as a way of coping, which isn't the best, butttt if it helps you then I won't stop you. However, I suggest you just watch and take care of yourself. Maybe try exploring different avenues and eventually find a hobby that is relatively easy and comforting :D

That's all, I hope this was motivational...even slightly (although I do feel like one of those posters at the doctor's office or something).
