Showdown at Hollow Bastion - Kingdom Hearts 2 Original Soundtrack
This song is the god damned Sakuga Animation of music. 99% of the original KH2 ost (barring the opening, ending and credits) is computer generated, and while it’s wonderfully orchestrated is still very dated. And then here comes the reveal of Xemnas, and the music budget is cranked up to 11 for about 45 seconds and we get this fucking stellar song that is, if anything, a big preview of the music quality we would get much further down the line with Kingdom Hearts 3.
