Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a cupcake tin with paper liners. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, honey or maple syrup, applesauce, almond butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well. In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts. Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, you can optionally frost the cupcakes with a healthy frosting of your choice or enjoy them plain.

Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil for brushing.
Instructions: Set your oven to 475F 245C before you start cooking. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to the thickness you want. Place the dough that has been rolled out on a pizza stone or a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Brush olive oil on the pizza dough, and then spread a thick layer of kale pesto over it all. Spread the grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheese out evenly on top of the pesto. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them on top of the cheese. Then add the black olives, red onion, and chopped kale leaves. To taste, add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the pizza. After the oven is hot, bake the pizza for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and a little browned. Take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for one minute before cutting it. Enjoy your tasty Kale Pesto Pizza while it's still hot.
