I finally saw Vemon this week!

I live in a rural area with lots of make America great again and trump signs. I’ve lived in rural areas like this for most of my life.

A lot of these people? Perfectly nice generally. Wouldn’t be rude or cruel to a black person. However, they have the same kind of ingrained racism that causes them to fear black people doing anything. The kind that makes people call the cops on black people minding their own business because their existence is “suspicious”. That’s shit that you have to recognize before you can unlearn it—and a lot of people don’t even know it’s something they’ve learned.

With all the shit going on with deportation, with the separating kids from their families, with the Puerto Rico relief disaster—anyone who is still actively supporting him at this point no matter what else is going on, is supporting a racist who is making racist policies, even if they’d never be mean to a POC on the street. Racism isn’t just the n word or violence. And trump is fostering a culture that’s making the violent racists bolder.

Anyone still supporting Donald Trump at this point in his presidency is either: a) a racist b) a white supremacist c) completely uncaring of anyone but themselves and how his policies affect anyone else d) so willfully ignorant to all the shitty things he’s done that they’re just oblivious or e) only watch Fox News and don’t know he’s doing anything wrong which kinda goes hand in hand with d

In Texas a white female cop, walked into the wrong apartment and SHOT AND KILLED the resident who was... a POC. What do the police do? Search the DECEASE home, and continue to villianize HIM.
