I used this site for years. I grew up here. and for anyone who sees this. here's my update:
got my shit together
am in a better place than I've ever been mentally
finally was able to stop taking my medications I've been on for years due to my improving mental health
moved across the country for a fresh start
found a real partner, have been dating almost 4 years
found a job I love (vtubing)
had my abusive father pass away
it has been a long journey for me. and I've made serious mistakes. I've hurt a lot of people. and I've hurt myself a lot as well.
but I have grown a lot since then
and now, as an almost 27 year old, I can say finally:
I am happy
