Friendly Reminder for those in need of some love tonight.
This is for those of us who need a little extra love. For those who are struggling on a day to day basis and can barely hold it together without falling apart. And for those who could just use a smile.
Dean would be so protective of you, like in bars, if anyone tried to hurt you or if anyone was making you feel uncomfortable, he’d tell them to back off and hug you to make sure you were okay. And of course, Dean would always be calling you sweetheart or kiddo. Dean would take you for drives in baby and he might even let you pick the music every once in a while.
Sam would let you lean on him while he does research on his laptop. His arm around your shoulders, absent-mindedly rubbing your arm every once in a while. He’d be playing with your hair every so often and have a small smile because you fell asleep and just imagine him smiling every time you exhale like this little puff of air and he’d laugh, but quietly because he doesn’t wanna disturb you
Sam and Dean would also listen to every word you have to say when you just need to let it all out because holding in how you feel is becoming a struggle. They’d both hold you tight as you cried because you had a bad day or whatever reason it may be. They’d listen to you say everything you don’t like about yourself and for every negative thing you say they’d give you a positive one
Cas would be an adorable, innocent, sweet angel around you, but the moment anyone attempted to harm you (or hurt you in any way) he’d smite them. Cas is also used to being able to heal all wounds, it doesn’t matter if you have wounds he can’t heal with his grace, he’d still try to heal them anyway. And let’s not forget that Cas would give you birthday presents from Hot Topic(al)
On those nights when you feel like a failure and you can’t seem to do anything right, Jack would take you outside to relax under the stars or go to your room to watch Star Wars. He’d also give you nougat since it’s his go-to snack. If you’re watching Star Wars he’d just be there to keep you company so you don’t feel alone. If you’re outside looking at the stars, he’d tell you that you just have to find your place in this world. Like the stars; you can’t see them in the daylight but they aren’t failures. At night they flourish.
Gabriel would leave your favorite candy bar on your bed with a little note that has some stupid knock knock joke on it, especially if he notices you’re sad. He would also play pranks on the boys just to make you smile.
Rowena would meet you and realize that even after Oskar, she might be capable of loving one more thing. Or she would see so much potential in you, and she’d be so excited about what you could be able to do with a little training that she’d immediately take you under her wing. Hell, probably even both.
Crowley would sneak you out of the bunker and take you to bars and just lowkey have fun with you to give you a little break from the Winchesters’ protectiveness. He’d also give you a nickname to match Moose and Squirrel
Benny would call you sis (or brother) and just generally be this big fluffy teddy bear whenever he’s around you
In times where you’re having illogical/negative thoughts about yourself, Kevin would be the logical one. He’d there to help you work through them. by sitting you down and rattling off a list of all the things that make you special and the things you’re good at.
Charlie would be the one to sit on the couch with you and watch book based movies all day and critic them. She’d totally nerd out about anything and everything with you, even if Sam and Dean are rolling their eyes in the corner. She’d appreciate every little thing. If you love to read she’d analyze books with you like “ooh that could be this character’s motivation for this” and “look at the way the author foreshadowed those events”
Jody would help you with girl problems (or guy problems), and if you ever got really stressed out, or panicked, she’d find some way to ground you and hug you until you calmed down
Bobby would be your father-figure. He’d tell you that we don’t choose our circumstances, they choose us. He would tell you that no matter what happened to him, he found ways to grow beautiful things (e.g. friendships and family) in dark times. At the end of it all, he would dimish the tension with a light joke (with calling you an idjit) and, of course, handing you a beer.
Claire would think you’re awesome and be your best friend because she knows that while you fight physical monsters, a lot of the monsters you battle can’t be seen, and she’d think you’re the strongest person ever
Not to mention that each and every single one of them would accept your sexuality and/or gender because they’d love you for who you are and they wouldn’t give a damn who you love as long as they treat you right and make you happy
Always Keep Fighting. You’re not alone. The pain doesn’t last forever even though it might seem that way right now. Love yourself first and take it day by day. Your battle isn’t over yet, and once it is you can say “I did it and next time, I’ll fight and I will win.” Every one of you is beautiful in your own way and you’re special in your own ways too.
